Fake casino

• This is an update on my previous review. This has been proven by my bank as a fake casino. They are not registered so not regulated so if the decide not to pay you there is nothing you can do about it. They use copied games as the result game providers refuse to give them authentication to use there games. As for the lives they are used from other sites which they just stream. Once pushed and threatened with legal action they have refunded me some of the money I wasted on this fake casino as they never paid me out. Please stay away from these as all cost.

• Hello. Although there are many negative experiences my experience is positive. After passing verification which was quick the money was deposited into my account. I gave it 4 stars because withdrawals take 2-3 days to process. I mainly play live blackjack. I cant comment on slot machines.

Requiring verification for every single card and Apple Pay method I have used is excessive and far from customer-friendly.On 1st September I submitted a withdrawal request that you cancelled due to what you described as “technical issues and a bug.” They apologised by email and asked me to resubmit promising it would be processed as soon as possible. However after resubmitting I had to wait another 36 hours only for my transaction to be cancelled again — this time because of a €50 bonus that I accepted but never even used.I was shocked that they rejected my withdrawal on this basis. The vast majority of reputable casinos simply remove any bonus amount without preventing the withdrawal of legitimate winnings. Instead your system unfairly penalised me.Because of their initial error and after already waiting five working days I was told I would need to wait another 36 hours to submit a new withdrawal request. Meanwhile the €50 bonus was lost and I was unable to proceed. To make matters worse their chat support repeatedly insisted “these are the rules” showing no flexibility professionalism or real effort to resolve the situation.At this point their casino has been holding my money for an unreasonable length of time and it appears you are deliberately delaying payment. Their staff even admitted they are “unable to speed up the process” which only reinforces my concern that your system is fundamentally flawed and perhaps designed to make customers spend funds against their will.I wish to make a formal complaint about the way I have been treated. They handling of this matter has been unfair unprofessional and unacceptable. I am not asking for the €50 bonus I lost because of your mistake — I am simply demanding that my legitimate withdrawal is processed immediately. Another 36-hour delay is not acceptable.If this is not resolved promptly I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint to the relevant regulatory authority as I believe your practices are neither fair nor transparent.

• Dear VeryWell CasinoI am writing to you to raise an issue about: GamblingThe issue that I have experienced was: How can it be where a self exclusion has not been placed on an account when requested via email and allowed to make unlimited deposits despite having an unverified account with this casino.
