• 0 stars if I could so 6 times they have cancelled my withdrawal after approving after 36 hours each time contact them to be told technical issue from there payment service team. Then they told me maybe it the card so used different card and still rejected all they keep saying is try again I’m not stupid they want me to re spin but I’m not. Driving licence not accepted.

• Slow sluggish games but that could be ignored of verification wasnt a massive issue. Everything accepted except my driving licence and therfor unable to withdraw because I couldnt actually speak to a real person and the bot was useless. Luckily I realised this issue before depositing more than £20 but apparently lost the £120 i won. Avoid this casino and all that are non compliant to regulations of the UK.

• Absolute shower of shite seven days to verify my documents due to the photo app they use next to impossible to take a selfie of your face and proof of identity document in the same shot where the document is satisfactory to them. They want me to verify my old bank card which was last used on their site eight months ago which must have been verified at the time for me to use their site but the card no longer exists !!!! I won €2000 and they will only allow me to withdraw €400 at a time ( the exchange rate seems to work in their favour both ways) after paying me €400 to my new card they will now not allow me to withdraw any more until I verify a card that doesnt exist anymore ! Its like talking to a brick wall when replying to their emails. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS SITE !

• Ive played a lot on this site finally I win £3600... I completed verification a while back withdrawals limited to £400.... put first one through and was impressed money in my bank within a few hours.... then I try to withdraw the rest the next £400 was rejected because I needed to verify 2 more bank cards..... 2 cards that had expired but because I made 1 deposit back in April 2022 I have to verify it before theyll pay out.... absolute joke who keeps old bank cards?????Lesson learnt.

I won about €1400 and tried to withdraw but they kept canceling my withdrawals with excuses like “system error.” At first the maximum withdrawal was limited to €400 and every attempt was canceled. They even asked me to upload a new payment method which I did and after verification I tried again. Same problem — canceled due to “system issues.” This went on multiple times over several days. It feels like they just don’t want to pay players. Very untrustworthy. Stay away from this casino. Even after the manager called me nothing was resolved. This place is a scam. Do yourself a favor and play somewhere else.

Fake casino

• This is an update on my previous review. This has been proven by my bank as a fake casino. They are not registered so not regulated so if the decide not to pay you there is nothing you can do about it. They use copied games as the result game providers refuse to give them authentication to use there games. As for the lives they are used from other sites which they just stream. Once pushed and threatened with legal action they have refunded me some of the money I wasted on this fake casino as they never paid me out. Please stay away from these as all cost.
