- Leaving this review so people dont freak out like I did when I came here and read them. I had a large withdrawal of around £3000 at the start of the year and after reading here didnt think I would see a penny. The verification process is awful the photo ID will not work whatever you try you need to send them an email with this document it took a few days to verify but it did happen. The other documents you can use the uploader onsite without issues. Once I was verified I had the money next day. Withdrew £155 yesterday and that arrived in my account today around 24 hours later. I feel for anyone that has had problems I was so stressed at first thinking I had been scammed but it has not been the case for me. Give them 2/3 days to respond and be polite in the emails. Hope this helps!Loses 1 star just due to the verification process being more stressful than needed and the £2.50 withdrawal fee isnt necessary in my opinion.
