- Having lost my debit card.i registered my new one and deposited £20.happy to accept my money no questions asked..totally different when you then try and withdraw money..very unhelpful ppl on live chat.a pathetic response to my email complaint.they want me to send in copies of household billsphoto of driving licence or passport.but as said previosy no questions asked taking money.al lother online sites there was no problem what so ever.changing card details.william hill are obstructive.confusingimpolite and most definitely devoid of customer service.actualy feels like theft.avoid this company.

- The most horrible costumer service at all. I never ever had bad experience with the gambling customer service before but today the guy from the WH pushed it over the limit. It wasn’t bad it was more than horrible. He asked questions but cannot wait till I giving the answers. His response was ugly and rude… I just asked some questions about my account as I had a glitch in the app but he just doesn’t want to help so He simply closed the chat. I guess the Bet365 will be happy as they will getting a new customer now.

Got pics off the money going In and and the wins. But nothing added it was just 28 still I should have had 50. The only good think is fast withdrawal. - Customer service is a joke. Attempted to open a selection in the App which took me to somewhere else.Contacted customer support who said log out and back in (turn it off and on again).Wanted screen shots but then cancelled the conversation as they had no clue.Do they employ idiots to waste your time so you then just give in.Spent over an hour in chat achieving nothing.Passed from pillar to post each one having no idea what to do or say. Is it a scripted reply and if it doesnt fall within the script they have no idea.

- in my local shopmill hill blackburn..3/4 yrs ago..some guy was on a roll..he won 5k or so on a horse bet..did 2 2.5k canadians..won 19k..the manageress said if he carries on we will have to bar him..the toilets are an absolute disgrace..and to cap this off..they are allowing a guy arrested for nonciness in.

- So far my experience with WilliamHill is terrible.. i never see any other betting sites this dogy. I borrow money from a friend to play so i win good amount of money. Then they ask me to verify my acc after more than a 1 month 20 different pictures of me with my passport over 8 bank statements bank statement from my friend the one i borrowed the money. I keep receiving exact same email saying to send them the documents for verification. I submitted those documents already 15 times i have proof of it! I finally received email saying that they NOT gonna pay me the money i win because i borrowed the money im playing with. And if this is not robbery i don’t know what else could be. Please try to avoid at any cost

- Im getting more and more fed up of gambling companies and william hill seem to be one of the major doing this what seems very much suspect. They just let you plough money into the online slots without actually giving any real bonus features or chances of them.. You. Can win tiny amounts just to keep u on the game but they never put you thru to any bonus features. So ur left wondering. Shud I just go or will my luck come good but it never does. I know this makes me sound abit idiotic. But we trust that at some point. Our commitment to the game pays fairly for us. I think unless maybe u put hundreds of pounds in you might stand a chance but if not then nothing which then blows their gambling concern tools out of the water. They dont give a shit.
