• Got lured in by a deposit bonus offer. Had some winning bets. Then placed a double with both legs winning however the second leg had a rule 4 44c. Odds were 1.5 and should have paid 1.28 however they returned 0.81 so I lost money on this leg even though I won…. Go figure. I tried to dispute but awful experience. They provided some bs calculation that made no sense. When i tried to withdraw i had to go though a merry go around providing documents that are never been required by other bookmakers. All this whilst my account was already verified. They then restricted my account. As someone else has said they are a bunch of crooks. STAY CLEAR!

• These guys are unethical. They removed Best Tote from my account because I was betting on too many horses in each race. If Id have known they were going to do that Id have invested in Sportsbet or somewhere else. Theyre not friendly at all either. They just do not care. I have now deactivated my account.

• Bunch of crooks If I could give zero I would. Refused to credit me a bonus bet even though it was advertised on my account. They just said it was up to them who they approve for promotions and they decided not to approve mine for no reason.

• Absolute joke .Should have seen all the negative reviews earlier .Made a deposit and they fail to credit to my balance .Tried to solve the matter by online chat but they just disconnect when l ask about my money .Stay away !!!

• Had a 2 leg multi 1 leg won 1 leg was void. Initially they paid the bet but then when I withdrew my money my account went into the negatives and my withdrawal was refused. When I made contact via live chat i was told i was wrongly paid out. I tried to explain where there confusion had come from but they wouldnt listen telling me I was betting with money that wasnt mine and then they just ended the chat and I couldnt start it again. I emailed them about there error and they wouldnt listen just telling me it was a losing bet. The next day I live chat them again with screen shots it was like they didnt even look at my info and just told me it was explained to me yesterday. After some more back and forth they finally said they will look into it and 5 minutes later replied its been fixed. No sorry for not listening or anything just its fixed and chat ended. Terrible company to use no customer service and a cowboy at the head of the live chat section. Makes it near impossible to sort through any wrongly settled bets or issues. Dont use this company

• Got screwed over by their ridiculous turnover requirements. I specifically searched their terms and conditions for said requirements beforehand and couldnt find anything so I just assumed there was none they purposely make it hard to find and dont disclose it to you when they email you offers etc.

• I put money into an account and lost it all... I then put money into the account and won... I won twice the total amount that I had put in. As soon as I won my account was locked... They made me send in my bank account statements that needed to be verified along with all of my IDs etc by a lawyer or Justice of the Peace. They came back and said that they had forensically determined that I had multiple accounts. This cant be possible!!! As I dont... and I know everyone else who has had the same issue had the same BS response. They want to refund me my original account deposits!I am currently working with a lawyer to create a class action against this company to help out everyone who has been screwed by them. Its time we stood up to these dodgy companies and people who think they can do what they want.My email is classaction2023 at the company who starts with a ya and ends with a hoo!

• It’s the worst betting agency I’ve come across. Do you think they could find other ways not make one’s profit of their own money not considered turnover?? Even when you win they don’t want to give it back until it’s turned over twice. That’s right twice. And they counted their deposit bonus as the total that was to be turned over.. twice

• This new betting agency is full of highly questionable practices for starters Chinese owner Da He has recently been fined in Victoria for breching betting rules/regulations. My experience concerns $600 deposit regards bonus bet offer which unknown to me and most i gather before you can withdraw you have to turn over stake twice before withdrawing ??? This fact is conveniently hidden in terms and when you question customer service online ( conveniently there is no direct phone line) they shut up shop and restrict your account. In basic terms as an intelligent punter red flags are going off left right and centre. Speaking to others there is talk of class action so basically dont go near this mob .... you will be burnt. I will as a result be reporting them to every known agency for investigation.

• ***BUSINESS MODEL RAN ON DECEIT***** they offer 100% bonus match but make you wager your initial amount twice they do not have a mobile app. they do not give you a link to their t&c’s which are call rules on their website. their promo emails say conditions apply. when you read the rules they say initial deposit (2x) and bonus bet (1x) have to be wagered at 1.8 odds for sports. Terms like 2x are not clear why don’t they tell you in plain English wager your initial twice or you cannot withdraw. Their terms are way more unfair than any other bookie on the market they must make a lot of money of people believing they can just bet their bonus once and make a profit like they can with every other bookie.
