- Auf der Webseite lassen sich keine Informationen finden ob dieses Casino eine Lizenz besitzt. Auch nichts über Betreiber Adresse und ähnlich interessante Informationen. Im freundlichen Live-Chat habe ich diese Infos abgefragt leider ohne ansprechendes Ergebnis. Mir wurde mitgeteilt dass ich versuchen könnte eine E-Mail zu schreiben. Ich werde eine E-Mail schreiben weiß aber jetzt schon dass es zu keinem Ergebnis führen wird. Update: Wie zu erwarten war gibt es auf meine Anfrage per E-Mail keine Antwort. In den AGB habe ich allerdings noch weitere Punkte gefunden wegen denen ich dringend abrate in diesem Casino zu spielen. Ein paar Beispiele: Winolot kann die AGB jederzeit ändern ohne dass der Kunde zustimmen muss oder wenigstens informiert wird.Eingezahltes Geld (ohne Bonusgeld) muss mindestens 5x umgesetzt werden bevor eine Auszahlung möglich ist.Prinzipiell sind Auszahlungen nur nach einer Mindesteinzahlung möglich. Die Mindesteinzahlung liegt im Ermessen des Casinos.Schließen des Kontos ist nur möglich wenn der Kunde vorher Geld eingezahlt hat! Ebenso ist ein Selbstausschluss wegen problematischen Spielverhaltens nur möglich wenn der Kunde vorher Geld eingezahlt hat!!

Update: Ein Tag später. Chat wurde für mich gesperrt. Per Mail wurde für folgendes zu meiner Echtzeit-Einzahlung (!) mitgeteilt: Das Team hat die fehlende Einzahlung für Sie überprüft und die Einzahlung sollte in den nächsten Tagen bearbeitet werden.
