Glitchy Software and awful support

• actually think the games themselves are fun. My issue is with the glitchy software and poor customer service. They made me a “VIP”. There is a different way to login as a VIP. I played ultimate beat the house at the highest stakes. This is around a 13 billion chip ante and 6 billion for the side bet. Their software would have a gray screen pop up then restart out of nowhere. By the it would reload the app would make me post the ante for 2-3 hands and then timeout/fold me. I could see on multiple occasions that I had a winning hand that I could not call with. Each occurrence would cost me 40 billion+ chips.I reached out to customer support and they “made things right” by adding 500 million chips to my account. This is literally 1/80th of the chips I lost due to their software issues in just one of the many times this happened. I let them know this is an almost laughable resolution. Their only response was that it is “proper compensation”In what world is returning a very tiny fraction of my chips lost due to THEIR software problems “proper”? With the exorbitant prices for chip packages this is just horrendous support. They could have given me 100 times what they did as compensation and it still would have fallen terribly short of what I lost when their software kept glitching.The app has potential but it far too glitchy and their support is far too weak. Stay away from this app at all costs and choose another poker option.I feel the need to warn people away in as many places as possible.

This site stole my money

• This site stole my money. Not with bots or unrealistic odds just plain theft charging me for chips I didnt buy. They refused to refund me. They also lie about certain free chips. Then they called me a liar. Zynga also doesnt credit for all winnings. It takes a lot of chips to play with people who take the game more seriously. And yes there are a lot of inappropriate comments from players.

SET UP AFTER SET UP

• everytime your near a good bonus from quests etc you will lose huge amounts of chips.Near 500 million and in the last few days lost 6 billion due to some unbelieveable hands. 8-3 off suit beats my AA. player gets a straight. thats just the tip of the ice berg.Why have these bonuses if their site is going to just set you up to lose over and over. • This game is the biggest joke on the Internet when you give a bad review like Phil H would say because of all of the discrepancies and or you stop spending money thinking oh I want a massive hand. I’ll be able to play for a while. You don’t you start playing people even in three man tournaments that hold do seven all suited deuce for all suited etc. and they hit in 90+ percent of the time on the river. I’ve had four kings beaten by four aces four times in two months same with full houses etc. it is a massive massive scam. It is fine if you got the money to just buy coins every week or every couple of days and they’ll let you win they’ll let you hit on the little slot machines but once you take a break from spending you start getting punk slapped and they try to make you think you’re playing real people you can see that they hardly have any coins left at all. They go all in for millions and they knock you right out and I mean on the river you can sit there with three kings all day long they flopping on the river you will lose I promise you if you work hard for a living do not give these ja your money and whenever they block you out or you punkabout it to customer service they don’t even respond. They just leave you getting your nuts kicked in the funniest part is they’ll show stats on a certain hand a percentage you would win if you got this that or the other that does not happen you will find yourself getting screwedon the river or some JA that holds a deuce of diamonds in a three of clubs that always hits on the river to beat your better hand. You know a real poker players hand please stay away bless you’re loaded or you’re the housewife that just takes your man’s money in the afternoon and just buy his token and token. I’ll tell you something else that’s hilarious and giving this review. They highlighted a couple of curse words I put yeah it on the Internet you can watch man own man and girl own girl or your children can see it and yet even this place is concerned about a couple of curse words our country has went down so far

• I find it hard to believe that this Israeli comapny can run a totally rigged card game in the United States. The cheating by WSOP is so obvious. They are literally stealing money from chip buyers by cheating at a card game. Under no circumstances should anybody use this site and pay for chips. They will just cheat and steal your chip money. They say it is free that is their loophole. You dont have to buy chips.....but if you do they will steal them and the money you used to buy chips with cheating and stacking the deck. Nothing about this website is statistically accurate. The game and website is addicting. Stay far away. Great graphics and fast play......but they are cheating and stealing from people. Again how a rigged card game is legal in the United States is beyond me. For all of you that lost your money be aware that this is an Israeli company that actually trades on the New York stock exchange under the name Playtika. Unbelievable!!! • Ive kept a spreadsheet. This app is so dishonest. They state that an event lasts X days and along the way they shorten the duration. THIS IS THE MOST DISHONEST APP IVE EVER SEEN. THEY SIMPLY CHEAT. • RIP OFF!All the 1 star reviews are correct in my experience. Read what everyone has said.I have a friend who also agrees having tried to play on this site. We think this site is just designed to take your money. Also there seems to be a lot of very rude players which I havent come across on other poker sites.

• I strongly agree with other reviews. The pop ups when you open the app are extremely excessive. They charge an insane amount for a tiny amount of chips. The BTH games are fun but their money grab business model makes this app unplayable.

Garbage

• Garbage. I understand losing happens. I understand mistakes are made. but keeping pocket aces and I lose and folding a 2-7 off suit gives me a straight or random flush for the WHOLE NIGHT?!? There is no randomness. If I fold it wouldve been an amazing hand and if I play a straight it gives someone else a flush. Won over a billion on other nights but cant hit a single game tonight. If its not rigged than Im just unlucky as hell and probably shouldnt cross the street at any point in the next few days. WTF. I cant get a winning hand unless I hit FOLD. Useless

• WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER they promote so many adds when you log on to purchase and their prices are ridiculous for FAKE CHIPS. Once u play the caribian or ulti they have a dealer that wins 9 out of 10 hands when there are 5 players on the table. I have alot of evidence how fixed their dealers are. the app makes it hard to win any album and make u lose asap as u purchase just so u can purchase more. Paying customers never get any compensation they always reply with the same nonsense emails and the app is most likely filled with BOTS for them to win so it seems that the dealer doesnt win all 10 out of 10 hands.

Another example of fraud

• Another example of fraud. Rigged impossible odds. The house had 4 straights in a row. Needless to say everyone loss all 4 times. The odds are astronomical. But to add to that within 22 hands the house had 7 straights 2 flushes and 2 triples. Of course the entire table did not have that many special hands combined.
