Never Buy ChipsI have been playing on this site since 2018 and i can truly state that it IS terribly rigged. I have never ever spent a cent on this site so there are no sour grapes. They make their money on the Beat the House games especially Ultimate Poker which is so rigged that one can actually predict the dealers cards right after the river. The algorithms are so blatantly rigged that one can discern patterns in the card distribution. For example if the board shows two pairs the dealer will either hold and ace or make the house. Inside straights are commonplace for the dealer. When you have a decent hand after the river flops the dealers hand invariably and more often does not qualify so you lose your ante even though your bet is refunded. But this one is the most common cheat. If the board shows two deuces the dealer will most certainly have a third one. DONT buy chips because you will be marked and suffer a lot of bad beats. I currently hold 254 billion chips but I have never bought anything on this site because over the course of 8 years I have learnt the pattern of the cheating algorithms. Most of the players are novices young and relatively inexperienced.

am about to be eliminated from site as i have gone from 163 billion to next to nothing.started when i questioned wsop why i am being underpaid when winning ( 600 million on one hand ).Was repeatedly lied to then they refused to correspond. ever since utter nightmare. 2 months before i even hit a flush. 17 from 20 hands delt either a 2 or 3. unplayable hands. players calling with nothing but getting delt 4 cards to hit massive hands. today hit 3 fullhouses all lost. and it goes on and on. how they can state its not rigged is criminal.i know they are now going to reduce me to nothing. wish i could find a better free poker site . please look at all the other reviews. they do not lie. will run it down as i have no choice then leave for good which is exactly what they want as i exposed their cheating and lying. They won’t give me MY money!

After playing WSOP real money in Michigan I’m shocked this hasn’t been shut down. Not only are there long delays to withdrawal your winnings (it took me months to finally get a withdrawal approved) but on December 11th I was playing with $50.49 on a table and was kicked for a random location issue. When I logged back in I noticed that money wasn’t back in my account so I contacted support. They told me they were aware of the issue and once the investigation was complete I’d get my money back. It’s now January 8th I’ve reached out multiple times they always tell me they haven’t completed the investigation and to stay patient. And on top of all of this my previous conversations with support have mostly been deleted from the app. All proof of the $50.49 being stolen from me is gone from the app but thankfully I recorded & screen shotted every conversation. I honestly believe I won’t ever get this money back. There’s no reason it should take a month. They even said they can see that $50.49 of mine is stuck on a table but yet they’ve done nothing to resolve this no credit no nothing! I will not deposit another dollar into this game until I receive back the money I initially deposited and haven’t been able to use!
