• apparently I still had an account with this company which I dont want as I had an issue with gaming apps that were advertised as free and yet unauthorized payments were made from companies like what WorldWinner just took. But in this instant money was taken for having an account. So Im taking steps to report them. I never got compensated for money taken in the past through gaming apps of various companies like this one as its so complicated so I stopped playing them at least a 6-9 months ago but alas WorldWinner finds a way to pull this stunt.

I Love WorldWinner Solitaire

• Been addicted to WorldWinner Solitaire Rush for 20 years now. I like to unwind with it at the end of the day. Any technical issues Ive had that required an entry fee refund have been promptly addressed. There was one time when the system thought I was in a no-gambling state when I actually wasnt though which took a while to resolve. Cant see any reason why Id ever stop playing although I wish I won more often; after all this time my skills still havent improved!

• I love playing various games on the WorldWinner app & website! The games are only 3 minutes long. I can compete with others all over the world. I like that we are matched with a competitor at the same skill level as me.Customer service is great too. They are quick to respond to your help ticket. I also like entering their daily contests offered on their Facebook page...they draw 1 winner for every 25 entries so thats pretty good odds; Ive won $20 game credits several times.

New games and prizes

• I was surprised by the novelties that have been added in recent months such as new games as well as the possibility of winning interesting prizes through game money such as points to redeem. It is appreciated that in case of failure in loading the game it is not lost but can be played again. If they were to add a new game I would love for it to be some version of Minesweeper.

The agent was helpful and courteous

• There was a delay in a response from my bank regarding a deposit which corresponded with a special matching my dollar amount. The delay resulted in me missing the special through no fault of my own just over abundance of caution with my bank. I was credited with some extra bucks. Not what I would have with the special but it was nice to have the person recognize my dilemma.

Great customer service doesn’t seem to be rigged like other skill gaming apps

• There was a sporadic outage with the app and I had some issues during games that caused me to lose the games (app froze during game play and the game continued but I wasn’t able to play/score points). I reported the issue on 6/07 and got my money refunded (on 6/08) for the affected games plus some extra for the inconvenience! The customer service thus far has been great. Also of all the gaming apps I’ve tried WorldWinner seems to be the least rigged! I’ve been playing WorldWinner for about 6 months or so and so far my experience has been very positive.

• What made my experience greatWith worldwide was the fact that I was able to download the app without any problems and my account was credited almost instantly.I had fun playing the games with other players online and everything was fun. I would recommend this app to anyone who is looking for fun games to play.

Not Complaining just xplaining

• I have had more good experiences than bad with your company. Although recently I was a little disappointed because I was not able to play the premier games because of technical problems. A few times the games just cut off before I had time to complete them which was frustrating. The Yahtzee game is offered more than a lot of my favorite games such as dynamite and Bejeweled.

• I have always enjoyed playing the games. I have been having loading problems with some games. It seems my older computer might not be compatible with game updates. My only complaint is I have some doubts about the top free play scores as I cant see how they are possible.

Games arent rigged but...

• Games arent rigged but the way they always pit you against people with similar skill and how the large percentage of the combined entry fee sometimes north of 30% guarantees you cant get ahead in these skill games. Free practice games dont match the difficulty level of the cash games.

Long term user

• Ive been playing on this site for over a decade. I enjoy the daily free play games. I love being able to practice especially on new games and the Boggle word game. Just a fun site where I occassionally gamble - once I won a prize worth 50$. That sure was exciting!

There are so many game options

• There are so many game options! Something for everyone. And you can bet little or bet a lot. Or you can play free play tournaments. This would have been a 5 star review but recently I am having issues and cant play cash games since it says my location might be restricted. I have contacted customer service for the 1st time in my entire time playing. We will see how that goes! But I am hoping to get back to playing soon. I love this site!
