• The games are great i just noticed that some players have no averages on games it just says TBD. And they are winning the top prices just very interesting.

Crooks

• One good amount was up $120. Did two separate withdrawals $35 each to be able to have it debited into my account three weeks or by didn’t receive anything contact the customer service they told me because I couldn’t remember my email address I couldn’t receive the funds to scam even though I screenshot them on my information

Scam - Revised

• After reading previous reviews I see Im not the only one that has been scammed. It didnt used to be this way. Ive ben a member since 2007 and I never had a problem. Now my account has been hacked. All my points are gone and the little game credits I had are all gone. Like others here I was advised to contact the fraud dept. I did this MULTIPLE times no response. But wait it got worse. They were able to get into my paypal to pay for games and stole $150.00 out of my Paypal acct. I reported right away and Paypal returned my money thankfully. On Paypal there was a merchant number but when I called it said it was not in service. What a surprise! I tried to go into my WW acct and they closed my acct without my knowledge. I am done. I would love to report them but Im not sure to whom.They have finally reached out to me and resolved all the issues. I would have given 5 stars but took away one star for length of time it took to resolve my issues.

I Love WorldWinner Solitaire

• Been addicted to WorldWinner Solitaire Rush for 20 years now. I like to unwind with it at the end of the day. Any technical issues Ive had that required an entry fee refund have been promptly addressed. There was one time when the system thought I was in a no-gambling state when I actually wasnt though which took a while to resolve. Cant see any reason why Id ever stop playing although I wish I won more often; after all this time my skills still havent improved!

• I love playing various games on the WorldWinner app & website! The games are only 3 minutes long. I can compete with others all over the world. I like that we are matched with a competitor at the same skill level as me.Customer service is great too. They are quick to respond to your help ticket. I also like entering their daily contests offered on their Facebook page...they draw 1 winner for every 25 entries so thats pretty good odds; Ive won $20 game credits several times.

New games and prizes

• I was surprised by the novelties that have been added in recent months such as new games as well as the possibility of winning interesting prizes through game money such as points to redeem. It is appreciated that in case of failure in loading the game it is not lost but can be played again. If they were to add a new game I would love for it to be some version of Minesweeper.

The agent was helpful and courteous

• There was a delay in a response from my bank regarding a deposit which corresponded with a special matching my dollar amount. The delay resulted in me missing the special through no fault of my own just over abundance of caution with my bank. I was credited with some extra bucks. Not what I would have with the special but it was nice to have the person recognize my dilemma.

Great customer service doesn’t seem to be rigged like other skill gaming apps

• There was a sporadic outage with the app and I had some issues during games that caused me to lose the games (app froze during game play and the game continued but I wasn’t able to play/score points). I reported the issue on 6/07 and got my money refunded (on 6/08) for the affected games plus some extra for the inconvenience! The customer service thus far has been great. Also of all the gaming apps I’ve tried WorldWinner seems to be the least rigged! I’ve been playing WorldWinner for about 6 months or so and so far my experience has been very positive.

Not Complaining just xplaining

• I have had more good experiences than bad with your company. Although recently I was a little disappointed because I was not able to play the premier games because of technical problems. A few times the games just cut off before I had time to complete them which was frustrating. The Yahtzee game is offered more than a lot of my favorite games such as dynamite and Bejeweled.

Games arent rigged but...

• Games arent rigged but the way they always pit you against people with similar skill and how the large percentage of the combined entry fee sometimes north of 30% guarantees you cant get ahead in these skill games. Free practice games dont match the difficulty level of the cash games.

Poor Winning results

• I have been playing Worldwinner games for more than 15 years. In the past year a number of games seem to have super playersthat score unimaginable scores over and over.I think WW needs to investigate the use of programs that can be installed that assist players in getting these high scores especially in Dynomite Bingo and Bejeweled.. I believe there have been adjustments made to WW software that favor the members who spend the most money so that they win more ofthen especially with the Bingo game

They will stop you from profiting

• It’s a great app until you begin to win. Then they block your games and customer service gives round about non answers to your questions as to why. So you can’t make any money at it because once you do- they block it.

There are so many game options

• There are so many game options! Something for everyone. And you can bet little or bet a lot. Or you can play free play tournaments. This would have been a 5 star review but recently I am having issues and cant play cash games since it says my location might be restricted. I have contacted customer service for the 1st time in my entire time playing. We will see how that goes! But I am hoping to get back to playing soon. I love this site!

Long term user

• Ive been playing on this site for over a decade. I enjoy the daily free play games. I love being able to practice especially on new games and the Boggle word game. Just a fun site where I occassionally gamble - once I won a prize worth 50$. That sure was exciting!
