I woke up on Monday morning to find that all the money I had in my betway account had been withdrawn .1 x amount of £10001 x amount of £1612I thought they’d closed me down as I’d won a fair bit on there but I saw a card on my account that didn’t belong to me .I messaged and messaged asked them have you withdrawn this money? If you have not I’ve been hacked.I have had one response the 2 x withdrawals were not made by them . They were withdrawn to a card in my name and gave me the last 4 digits.not my card.This was nonsense as one of the amounts £1000 (the hacker must have made a mistake) was sent to my bank account . The other amount is nowhere. She advised they would lock my account and escalate the matter.My account is not locked and now they will not respond to me.I’ve advised my bank but as the fraud happened on their site not at the bank there is not a lot they can do.Why would I make 2 x withdrawals at 0330am . One to one card and one to another and then say I’ve been hacked . This is a very serious matter . As according to betway they sent the money to a card in my name .The biggest problem in all of this .Betway will only withdraw to the same method you deposited with. So how can it be that a new card was added and they happily withdrew to that card. I’m quite positive also the card was not in my name. Unless these people are super scammers and have taken a card out in my name .
