- I have had a wonderful experience with black lotus for years! There customer service is polite professional and quick to solve any issues Ive had. Their games are great and they have always done what they have said they were gonna do I think the 1.6 rating I see on here isnt even close to legit I would definitely give them 5 stars. I would be the first one to let someone know if they shouldnt play at a place because they would get ripped but black lotus casino is not that kind of a casino.
