Unfair withdrawal limits that force continued gambling + Update – USDT / Cryptocurrency Deposits:
- I am writing this review to share a genuine and concerning experience with this platform regarding its deposit and withdrawal policies.The platform allows users to deposit very small amounts in Algerian dinars which gives the impression of accessibility and flexibility. However when it comes to withdrawals a minimum amount of 1000 DZD is required. This creates a serious imbalance between deposit and withdrawal conditions.In my case I currently have a balance of 935 DZD. Despite this being my own money I am unable to withdraw it because it does not meet the minimum withdrawal threshold. As a result the only option left is to place additional bets in order to reach 1000 DZD. This effectively forces users to continue gambling against their will exposing them to the risk of losing their entire balance.This practice is problematic for several reasons:It lacks transparency as users are not clearly warned about the practical consequences of these limits.It creates financial pressure on users to gamble more instead of allowing them to withdraw their available funds.It contradicts fair gaming principles and responsible gambling standards.On many other platforms that operate with Algerian dinars the minimum withdrawal amount is significantly lower (often 500 DZD) which makes this policy even harder to justify.I believe platforms should allow users to withdraw their available balance without coercive conditions. Until these rules are reviewed and made fairer I cannot recommend this platform.Update – Usdt / Cryptocurrency Deposits:I would like to clarify an important detail regarding USDT (BEP20) deposits as my previous deposit was successfully completed.The platform states that the minimum deposit is 1$ via USDT BEP20. Based on this information I deposited 4$ and the transaction was accepted successfully without any warning or restriction.However when I later attempted to make another deposit the platform suddenly displayed that the minimum deposit is 10$ contradicting the previously stated 1$ minimum and the fact that my first deposit was already accepted.When I contacted customer support to understand this inconsistency the response from support agent Sherry was:“Please just deposit the rest of deposit the system asks.”This response does not explain why a 4$ deposit is accepted while a 10$ minimum is enforced afterward and provides no technical or policy-based clarification. Instead it simply instructs the user to deposit more money.Allowing an initial deposit under one rule and then enforcing a different rule for subsequent deposits demonstrates a lack of transparency and consistency and places unnecessary pressure on users to continue depositing funds.
