I got my balances up to the minimum required for withdrawal on all of them and was not allowed to withdraw until i made a verification deposit which they all assured me I would be able to withdraw along with my current balance. I have screenshots saved of these conversations.That was a complete lie and their system is set up so the verification deposit does not show up in your account until your balance is $0 making it impossible to withdraw the verification deposit because it is less than the $50 minimum required. I followed the instructions given to me by customer service exactly - make $10 verification deposit > withdraw my $50 balance > cancel the pending withdrawal > make a new withdrawal with the combined $50 + $10 verification deposit. the first attempt was rejected because there was a $3 bonus added to the $10 verification deposit that i was told i couldnt withdraw so i bet that won $4 and tried again. that $67 withdraw request (which was my real balance at the time) was rejected because the maximum withdraw amount is $50 which completely contradicted what customer service told me. After denying my $67 withdrawal they erased the $17 deposit/winnings from my balance and was right back at $50 where i started. I finally gave up and withdrew that $50 and am out the $17 unless i can gamble it up to $50+. i have screenshots with customer service reps telling me the verification deposit + balance could be withdrawn together and after the fact being told by others sorry you were misinformed. On Yabby I had a $99 balance i earned through a promotion and followed all the rules and played through the required amount. After completing the requirements for the playthrough of bonus funds i tried to withdraw my winnings and got rejected because: Winnings voided-restricted games played. I messaged their customer service asking what the issue was and they told me that because i played 1 game (which i lost $22 on) that did not qualify for the bonus promotion (after i had completed all the playthrough requirements on games that were approved for the promo) that my entire $99 balance would be voided and left with $0 balance. Dont understand why my entire $99 balance was voided for playing 1 game (and losing $22) after i met playthrough requirements on games that were part of the promo.On here they dont tell you that even after you meet the playthrough requirements and have a real balance showing your full winnings that are withdrawable you can not ever play any games that were on the list of games banned in the promo even if that conditions of the promo have been met already.In the rejection email they sent it said: Terms of the promotion are in effect until all winnings from the promotion have been withdrawn. They didnt say anything about that when I got the promo just that i needed to play through XX amount to redeem which i did. Very deceptive and clearly set up to get out of paying people. There are no warnings that the games can not be played while a coupon is active like every other casino. They dont let you play restricted games and then ban you for it months later when you try to cash out.Had they explicitly said the games were restricted forever until all funds are withdrawn (or lost) I obviously would not have played them. I won the funds months ago and was waiting 9+ weeks for my new ID to come which is why I didnt withdraw sooner. Insane to think games restricted during an active promo would continue indefinitely until balance is $0.Customer service is also terrible. Their support chats end in the middle of conversations while on hold and then require you to resend them over and over until you finally get an answer. Then you get 3 different answers from 3 different agents about the same question. They tell you one thing like verification deposit can be withdrawn with your balance and then after you send it in they tell you sorry you were misinformed by another agent. Avoid like the plague. They have all sorts of promotions but dont get excited because you will never see any winnings.Ive been on other casinos with restricted games from promos and they all explicitly warn that they are not allowed and most wont even allow the game to load if in an active promo. These casinos all require you to make a verification deposit to be able to withdraw your balance and then void all your winnings to $0 once you do so you are unable to withdraw verification deposit cause it doesnt meet the $50 minimum. They will do things like allow multiple coupons to be used in a row and then void your balance after the fact because you used 2 in a row. They are more than happy to take your money but good luck getting it back
