Big withdrawal problems
- I have been waiting for a withdrawal for well over a month now and they keep saying it will be processed but nothing happens. Twice already I’ve been asked to submit additional documentation after they had previously claimed everything was verified. They also stated that information was sent to me via email but I haven’t received any emails from them in the past two months—so that’s just nonsense. Moreover customer service offers no real help. While the site itself is functional I would strongly recommend staying far away from this bookmaker until they start behaving like a serious company because right now they are anything but.
