When I went to withdraw they said I was engaged in betting manipulation under a clause deeply buried on their terms and conditions. Could convert bonus money from the welcome bonus into raw cash and when trying to withdraw they took all my money away arguing that I would have violated bonus terms because I had switched between different stake values (2 to 6 euros) which would not be legal. After them you are not allowed to win big at high stakes and lower them afterwards to get the wager done. Additionally customer service is absolutely impolite.
