• Completely echo the experience of so many 1 star reviews. Managed to turn my welcome bonus into around $800 of winnings which they deposited in my account. When I went to withdraw they said I was engaged in betting manipulation under a clause deeply buried on their terms and conditions. • The worst casino I have ever played at (have played at least at 30 to 40 others before). Could convert bonus money from the welcome bonus into raw cash and when trying to withdraw they took all my money away arguing that I would have violated bonus terms because I had switched between different stake values (2 to 6 euros) which would not be legal. After them you are not allowed to win big at high stakes and lower them afterwards to get the wager done. Additionally customer service is absolutely impolite. When I tried to get in touch with them via live chat customer assistant left the chat after I was asking for why my money has been taken away. Besides wagering terms are ridiculous. You have to wager 40x both deposit and bonus and then have a max cashout amount of 10x bonus money. Never have seen such bad bonus terms before.
