One of Dial 777 call operators last Wednesday said such driver behavior as exhibited by colbert was not unusual and to expect a credit since the limos were downgraded and the departure was an hour later than scheduled. Agreed not to use his name when filing complaint. What is so incongruent is that we personally and corporate have had nothing but great service over the years working with Sauda and Wille and others of that ilk.
