Scammed out of 100 dollars
- I deposited 100 in to this site Betus decided i didnt like it wanted to withdraw my 117 dollars they said we pay crypto cash said i want us currency like i paid no option for this but could get a wire or a check 45 dollar fee almost half. Then i said ok but with much disappointment because there was no fee when you wired my money out of my account. Then was told had to have a minimum of 145 dollars in account to do this . Basically im out 100 bucks

- They offered 100 free spins in their Gravy promo yet never disclosed anywhere that the free spins won’t be credited until 11/25 which is more than a week since the day I deposited. It’s now 11/25 and I’m told 4 diff answers when asking about this: adding them now during the day by end of day and finally at end of day. Super shady bait & switch scam artists.

- I wish i could give them no stars. Requesting a payout is impossible. I only ever uploaded $150 I received a $100 Freeplay. I completed the rollover amounts for the online casino and the sportsbets. The systems is letting me request the payout but it is rejecting saying I owe $15563.20 in pending casino rollover. This is a complete scam. I actually read all my contracts and incentives and they are absolutely lying. SCAM SCAM SCAM

They do not honor the refer a friend…
- They do not honor the refer a friend bonus I called them and they told me to tell my friend call with my account ID my friend called and I called back and they said they would put in notes and update it for me. I called again the next day and they said call back in 2 hours and I called again and they came back and said my account is not eligible for referring a friend. They just told me yesterday that I am and how to do it and I did all the steps and have called when they said and now this with no explanation of why? I could have referred my friend anywhere else but I referred to BETUS and they signed up her account and had them make the first deposit and now refusing me the referal bonus. Terrible

I write here to warn current and possible future customers who are thinking about creating an account there or depositing money to be careful and think a thousand times before doing this there are other really honest sites. BetUs is a scamI registered my account there without knowing they were blacklisted by AskGamblers. Anyone who is a customer there be careful they could also steal from you if you make any gains. Wow - Total Fake!
- Wow I went to sign up for a new account with 200% crypto match and it would only give me 20% match. I chatted with support and he said Oh Sir just send me the funds via Crypto and well straighten it all out. What?!? Found out they changed the deposit code on me and the attendant tried to rope a dope me into sending them the money directly. Then I discovered they are watching what you do online so they see the deposit amounts and codes youre using and then judge accordingly what to tell you. This IS a fraud!

- I got screwed by betus about a year ago they kept rejecting my 10k payout. Greedy my wanted some refer a friend bonus so I referred a friend and got nothing.
