• A payout was approved for $1800 on January 192026 for funds that I had won on their website. It is now March 5th and I have still not received the funds. I have given them all the required documents from the bank on 2 different occasions as proof that I have not yet received the money. I have gotten several different excuses. Theyre now claiming the wire transfers are experiencing delays. I was told that the payout would be wired within 15-18 business days beginning from January 19th it has now been over 45 days. Their resolution was for me to cancel the payout and request payment in Bitcoin. That is not an option for me. When I deposited money in my BetUs account the money immediately went into the account now its going on 2 months for me to receive a payout. I am not sure if this Company is incompetent or just a fraudulent business. I strongly recommend using another Website service. This has been the worst experience Ive had with a Company ever.
