• Won off free chip deposited verified crypto have email to prove emailed documents to provided email. Still no cash out because I now need to MAIL the proof of verified payment. This place is a joke and not worth your time spent trying to get payout. Just play the free chips and know they are for fun no real money you will ever get. • I would give zero stars if I could. I had winnings from a bonus. So in order to withdraw the winnings I had to make a min deposit of my own money using crypto. Which I did but before I even made the deposit I asked what other documents they would require to verify my account and was told none and that my account is verified.Which I took as them meaning all security checks have been completed.So I go ahead and make the deposit then do a withdrawal request.This is when I start having problems. First it was an issue of it taking 2-3 business days for the withdrawal to be approved due to security checks and other excuses. But I thought my account was already verified.Any way after three days they approved my withdrawal and now Im being given the run around about it going to take another 2-3 business before I will receive payment. Never mind the fact that it has already been four days since they approved my request. The problem is that their payment processor do not operate on the weekend. So it has already been six days since I did my withdrawal request and as Im writing this review I still havent been paid and the support team are of no help in regards to advising on exactly when payment can be expected.All this after their finance team told me I can expect payment in 24hrs after they approved my withdrawal it had been four days and still I have not been paid.
