Fraud lies

• I have won money and have been paid out. Just recently though i was screwed over with the vip bonous. They did not give me what there site said the bonous should be. I talked to customer service. Who by the way are rude and unprofessional. They escalated to a manager only to not give me what their site claims to be vip bonous. They told me it is over with and their descion is final. I did not get the bonous that the vip should get. And just a few hours ago i was cashing out 17 ltc only to be denied claiming i violated terms of service. They pay out when they want.
