So its been a while since I havent played there about 7 months so I go online to black lotus and I see I have player rewards from depositing and playing I earned these rewards. So I play them I win 750.00 so I see theres a play through no big deal so I go and keep playing I get the play through I end up winning 1300.00 so I go to withdraw cool withdrawable 1230.00 they took 70 out for the bonus I still dont know why. It was free spins they rewarded me so no big deal right I go and withdraw 1230.00 it goes through oh I withdrew from Bitcoin I still havent received it so I called today January 5th now they tell me I dont get it only 150.00 of it because it is bonus money but its really its earned rewards why would they tell me withdrawable and take the bonus money and then not give me my withdrawable money 1270.00 2 weeks ago they told me my withdraw was approved and last week the same thing but today they are telling me this. No easier way to lose money!

  • I would go with no stars not 1. Receive something in the mail saying I get a 250% add-on for any deposit up to $2500. Given me a balance of $8750. What wasn’t put on the offer is that even one play through requirements are meant I cannot cash out or withdraw anything more than $1000. So not only can you not win you can’t even break even. you lose $1500 the second you make a deposit in no matter how much you win how much you play completing the play through requirements you could never get that $1500 back you could never walk away with more than $1000.

  • These guys are straight up thieves: After completing my playthrough requirements I won 1300 dollars. I am in the crypto club because I only use bitcoin. After 2 days there is nothing about my money then I look at my statement and it says that my 1300 dollars is flushed and later it says something about a corrected 300 dollars. First the support agent told me it was an administrative fee then the agent said it was a 1000 dollar max bonus on a match. so she said you will get 1000 dollars so either reason is bullshit and to top it off they sent the 1000 dollars back on the review list so they will likely chop it down to nothing.
