- Scam!!!!!! Bogus bonuses dont ever play with a match bonus you can only walk away with a $1000 no matter how much you actually win. - I have had a wonderful experience with black lotus for years! There customer service is polite professional and quick to solve any issues Ive had. Their games are great and they have always done what they have said they were gonna do I think the 1.6 rating I see on here isnt even close to legit I would definitely give them 5 stars. I would be the first one to let someone know if they shouldnt play at a place because they would get ripped but black lotus casino is not that kind of a casino. I think in my opinion alot of people freak out and start being mean and getting really s@$%#y when they should be just a little patient and understand that sometimes things could get delayed. Kindness goes along further than anger in my opinion. I would highly recommend black lotus and any of their sister casinos to anyone. - This is the worst experience I have had. I have been playing on black lotus since 2022 of and on making deposits. So I play them I win 750.00 so I see theres a play through no big deal so I go and keep playing I get the play through I end up winning 1300.00 so I go to withdraw cool withdrawable 1230.00 they took 70 out for the bonus I still dont know why. No easier way to lose money!
- I would go with no stars not 1. Receive something in the mail saying I get a 250% add-on for any deposit up to $2500. Given me a balance of $8750. What wasn’t put on the offer is that even one play through requirements are meant I cannot cash out or withdraw anything more than $1000. So not only can you not win you can’t even break even. you lose $1500 the second you make a deposit in no matter how much you win how much you play completing the play through requirements you could never get that $1500 back you could never walk away with more than $1000.
