- Do not and I mean do not!! Deposit on their website/app as you will not receive your money. Their excuse every time is the payment got stuck on the way to you twice this has happened it gets put back to your casino account within 24 hours thatās fine but second time withdrawing and they said the same Iāve been trying for days to get my money with no success I use Apple Pay so their should be no problem they said add a new payment method PayPal or debit card deposit Ā£5 then withdraw that way but the site says every time error when trying to add another method not just for me but for others. I would advise anyone else having this issue with no help speak with a legal team. Iām owed Ā£300 which seems itās theirs to keep now
