Chalkwins confiscated my winnings
- Recently opened an account had some winnings (2400EUROS) and was asked to verify. Did so when I then try to make a withdrawal they ask me to complete with additional documents. To later write to me and explain that they refuse to pay out when I requested a self-exclusion from a sister casino (rise of bets). Started my chalkwins account after the self-exclusion and nowhere in the terms associated with it did it state that I would be stripped of my winnings for that reason. Why even allow me to open in such cases and allow me to play for so long. Read a bit on other forums and strangely enough this company has an MGA license otherwise have always tried to avoid all casinos that lack an MGA license.Must be a scam Stay far away from this casino and their sistercasino scarabet and Riseofbets.
