I was told that there were technical difficulties with Visa and advised to use Mastercard which I donāt have. - If I could it would be a no star . This company has witheld my winnings and are making out its processing and that they are checking it for fraud exc obviously its not . I try to contact them on numerous occasions and also live chat they constantly cut me off and send me the same message over and over AVOID THIS SITE THEY ARE THIEVES they owe me 600 pound . Iāve contacted godaddy who are the domain registrar and WinBet NV who galaxyspins fraudulently claim to be part of to get them closed down.DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY. EDIT: itās been 24 working days now and still no paid withdrawal from them which is past their 21 days they say itāll be done in.
