Can’t withdraw - have tried for over 2 weeks

• I am currently trying to withdraw £1000 that iv won over a period of 3 weeks. Iv had 5 failed withdrawals using two different Mastercard accounts. I am getting no where with any of it. Max withdrawal is 400$ which again has been declined. Then I have to try again and wait 2 days for another to be cancelled. Has anyone ever had a pay out from these? My Monzo account (Mastercard) showed they tried to pay via Money send which didn’t accept this type of payment - I think they know this. It feels very very much like a scam and reading all the reviews my worst fears are unfortunately coming to fruition.

• I was sceptical with this company it was a bit of back and forth with document to get verified. I got them verified withdrew €200 and it was in my bank this morning. This is an genuine review I did come on and read the reviews while my withdrawal was pending and I wasn’t hopeful at all but I can safely say I have my winnings so I think some people aren’t doing something right. I would recommend this company as I have no reason not too. Thanks

• Awful company…….tryed to withdraw £150 after days of verification only to be told about some section 7.1 in their rules but I don’t have Mastercard so I’m going through my credit card company to claim all deposits back as i assume it’s a fraudulent site.Dont want random calls from manager day and night and then they have the cheek to ask for a tip when you withdraw!!!!!! • Scammers they take your deposit no probs.. you win.. they can only give you winnings via Mastercard as they have “technical issues” with all other formats.. i had a guy ring me I told him even my 15 year old son can do a bank transfer so a company sure as hell can… he hung up on me… its only £300 they owe me so not huge but it is ink on paper will never ever be in my actual bank account.. I asked for there address they said we are in house only no outside address?!?

• Absolutely scam please dont play your money in here. Is same as watching cartoons you will never win and if you do you will never be able to withraw more than 400 euros. The max is 400 euros at a time and then will always be a problem like a technical error and in the end you most probably end up spending it all. Ben Hardwick I agree with you I am also thinking building a legal case as I had over 2000 euro that I won and I was never able to withraw more than 400 euro from it. Is a total rubbish.

• I can only sayI only have one problem with this casino and that is the daily amount you are able to withdrawYes I did have issues but this was down to me putting in the incorrect details.I did have to wait 36 hours for payment but this was sent to my account once they picked it up.The customer service was excellent What I would say to players upload all you information before you start to play

• I went on to play with some trepidation as my experience with non UK gaming licences has not been good. I deposited and played and won. The verification process was smooth because an account manager called me and guided me through it. The reason for my 4 stars is because there is a €400 limit on withdrawal and you have to wait 36 hours. My first withdrawal went well and was in my account after the 36 hours. I received an email from them advising me. The withdrawal also stays on your balance until processed which isn’t good but if you are disciplined then its not a problem. After the 36 hours you can make another withdrawal. My account manager said he would call me friday to check everything is ok. All in all a good experience and certainly appearing to be both legitimate and professional.

• Be very careful using this company. It’s an absolute nightmare trying to verify everything and get money from them. It always gets rejected but I went mad at them and finally got some winnings sent through. There is so many technical problems every day. Sports section never works been down for 3 days now not allowing to place any bets. You get the same old story. Customer service is easy to get through and I’ve experienced worse but nobody seems to be able to give you any answers bunch of amateurs. Overall the actual website itself when working properly I think is pretty good and easy to use just all the nitty gritty bits that come with it. Just don’t expect anything to be fixed quick and don’t expect your winnings on time or an easy process. A lot of work needs to go into this company still.
