They are scammers the slots are useless the winning rate is getting low every time you win something and at one point youre not gonna win anything anymore. Theyre gonna tell you that youre unlucky. For some reason I was unlucky all this year . I lost about 20k and I couldnt withdraw a single penny. • I went on to play with some trepidation as my experience with non UK gaming licences has not been good. I deposited and played and won. The verification process was smooth because an account manager called me and guided me through it. The reason for my 4 stars is because there is a €400 limit on withdrawal and you have to wait 36 hours. My first withdrawal went well and was in my account after the 36 hours. I received an email from them advising me. The withdrawal also stays on your balance until processed which isn’t good but if you are disciplined then its not a problem. After the 36 hours you can make another withdrawal. My account manager said he would call me friday to check everything is ok. All in all a good experience and certainly appearing to be both legitimate and professional.

• Be very careful using this company. It’s an absolute nightmare trying to verify everything and get money from them. It always gets rejected but I went mad at them and finally got some winnings sent through. There is so many technical problems every day. Sports section never works been down for 3 days now not allowing to place any bets. You get the same old story. Customer service is easy to get through and I’ve experienced worse but nobody seems to be able to give you any answers bunch of amateurs. Overall the actual website itself when working properly I think is pretty good and easy to use just all the nitty gritty bits that come with it. Just don’t expect anything to be fixed quick and don’t expect your winnings on time or an easy process. A lot of work needs to go into this company still.

Just to make it clear to people this isnt the usual declined at the websites end its been declined by Monzo and I presume any other MasterCard issuing bank. People reading the reviews may think its people just not being verified properly and theyll have better luck but no there is something properly dodgy going on here. They just send you an email saying theyre having technical issues and to try again! What a technical issue to have for a casino - allowing all deposits but no withdrawals! Im now in the mindset that Im not going to see my money and fortunately its not a huge amount Ive deposited.
