Eventually received my winnings
- I deposited £20 got £25 as a bonus. Won hundreds of £. Tried to withdraw they told me I had to wager £1000 to be able to withdraw so I thought sod it I’ll just play. Kept winning and playing and then I had somehow managed to wager the £1000 and still had £761 in my account. It took 3 withdrawal attempts as my bank (Chase) won’t allow you to receive international payments). Used another card which again had to be verified but I did eventually get £400 back. Am now waiting for the rest to arrive as it takes them 36 hours to deposit your winnings. I will not be using them again but I did at least earn quite a significant amount hence the 4 stars. ONLY USE IF YOU HAVE A MASTERCARD & check your bank allows international payments before playing.

- Terrible casino. Happy to accept visa to deposit however will only accept Mastercard to withdraw not made clear before you deposit. Played over several months tried to withdraw once when I was lucky however they leave the money in your account so you end up using it. Having a ‘personal manager’ is frustrating especially after you ask several times to not receive phone calls only emails however they keepPhoning. - Absolute scam of a company. DO NOT USE. They tell you that Mastercard won’t let you withdraw less than 150 which is absolute nonsense. Then when you get to an above 150 and try to withdraw they say you broke their rules (how exactly!!!!) and they are removing your winnings. Absolute con artists. Wish I’d seen the reviews before joining. DO NOT USE.

- I was back and forth trying to proof my documentation. Once this was done they mentioned i can only withdraw between 150-400 after this i got up to 150. Eventually got my withdrawel 4 days later. However an unknown charge was placed to my card for the same day from an offshore account. Luckily my bank flagged as fraud and blocked the payment

Can’t withdraw - have tried for over 2 weeks
- I am currently trying to withdraw £1000 that iv won over a period of 3 weeks. Iv had 5 failed withdrawals using two different Mastercard accounts. I am getting no where with any of it. Max withdrawal is 400$ which again has been declined. Then I have to try again and wait 2 days for another to be cancelled. Has anyone ever had a pay out from these? My Monzo account (Mastercard) showed they tried to pay via Money send which didn’t accept this type of payment - I think they know this. It feels very very much like a scam and reading all the reviews my worst fears are unfortunately coming to fruition.

- I was sceptical with this company it was a bit of back and forth with document to get verified. I got them verified withdrew €200 and it was in my bank this morning. This is an genuine review I did come on and read the reviews while my withdrawal was pending and I wasn’t hopeful at all but I can safely say I have my winnings so I think some people aren’t doing something right.
