Not paying out my winnings

• My withdrawal was approved but the casino says my USDT address is incorrect which is not correct! Because I play in several casinos with this address and pay out regularly. They refunded me the amount. 1 Hour later the Premium Support wanted me to make a video of the withdrawal which was done then Premium Support said there was an error because I couldnt select the withdrawal network. I said several times that I wanted the withdrawal with ERC-20 Network and there was no response.I wonder how the other players can cash out with USDT if the network is not selectable!
