There not gonna pay you. If they stiffed you.. CHALK IT UP.

  • After I completed half my challenges the site started showing error messages. I emailed them and they told me to update the app via a link they sent but didnt work.. so I took snapshots along with the error messages and emails. And they wouldnt respond. There site says there scientists is working on it. So I couldnt finish my challenges and cashed in 1800000 coins and they only gave me .40 cent saying .36 cent is from bonuses and I only earned .4 cents for hours of work and 1800000 coins. I know how it goes. Things happen. I couldve forgave them if they paid me and apologized along with compensation for my grief. But they absolutely wont do anything. Not even respond. THE KILLER PART IS I COULD OF BEEN HUSTLING UP ON THAT TO FEED MY CHILDREN. LIKE ALOT OF PEOPLE ARE.

I was really loving this app and I wasā€¦

  • I was really loving this app and I was able to cash out $1.00. A week after I cashed out the dollar there was an update and all of the games that I played and my cash out amount of $3.80 disappeared and I reached out to customer support on Monday and they said wait 24 hours and my games and cash-out would re appear. I contacted customer support again on Wednesday and they responded to copy and paste a code to regain the games I was playing and the progress I completed that step on Wednesday and Thursday and it is now Friday and my progress and games have not returned and Iā€™m very annoyed because I enjoyed the games I was playing

I have been having issues with gettingā€¦

  • I have been having issues with getting points with one game they told me they reward me but if it didnt show up relaunch app I did everything nothing contacted support kept getting same response no user id connected update to version 78 or above well then my account got lost contacted them again and yet the same response its like they dont care at all i used to love this app but with this happening and support not being helpful at all I stay away from this app until support contact me with a person answer not changing my review

  • The ad about the Woman living in the penthouse suite from just playing just play is false advertising. Its just ridiculous. You give some people a false sense of hope. Just be honest. Not happy with this site

  • Not happy with this site. Im not trying to get rich but I would like to enjoy myself while playing. Every 3 to 5 moves there is an ad. You cant even finish a game without having 10 ads take up your time. Its not enjoyable and I disgusted to see that Justplay customer service only responds to positive reviews. I can see this app not being around to much longer due to other apps that actually pay you for your time playing and watching ads.

Trouble with ads.

  • Ive only been playing on JustPlay for 2 days but and I hope the payout is as easy as most of the reviews are saying. The problems Im having are the excessive ads and ads that wont take you back to the game. I understand that showing us ads is how they make money but the ads are coming on average every 3 moves. There have been several times when it was after just 1 move. There are some ads that wont take you back to the game. You have to close the game and restart.
