I cant cash out on the my phone screen…
- Update. I went to settings and reset my screen and was able to cash out and the cash was in my PayPal. So any one else that runs into this problem just rest your screen because you will not get a response from just play and that is ridiculous ..... I am experiencing difficulties cashing out on my phone screen to transfer funds to PayPal. Despite contacting support and Zendesk multiple times I have received no response. The issue lies in the screen not scrolling down far enough for me to initiate the cash-out process. Although the site is reputable and does facilitate payouts I am unable to access my funds via PayPal due to this technical issue.

- JustPlay does pay immediately. But my bone to pick with them is this....Their conversion rate for coins is brutal. A few times I accumulated over 1M coins and got 10cents. So then i did 100k coins and i got 35 cent. And yes I do watch the ads to the fullest. Excluding the run on ads that never end. So stupid.They say to contact them but they do not respond if there is an issue. SO that is pointless. Most of the games do not let you accumulate points before level 3. So ya that is why i give 3 stars. The high amount of money i have ever requested was $22 and i did get it. Took a few mins but I did get it. They make millions of dollars so no reason why they cant pay more.When they had that promotion on for a share of $1M dollars of you complete 6 games It was a joke. I got a whopping $1.06 for 1 hr of effort.JustPlay stop making people think they will make good money on promotions when they dont. People all around the world right now are struggling and you are advertising stuff like that. Come on.

They are scamming you.
- I started playing about 24 hours ago and my first cash out was a little over million coins and I got a little over $2 for it. They let you cash out every 3 hours and each time I have similar amount of coins to cash out but the amount I receive kept getting smaller and smaller each time. The last two cashouts just disappeared and I did not receive any money and there are no traces of the coins that I earned on the app or anywhere. Also on some of the games it only takes you about 5 seconds to complete the level but after that they make you watch a one minute ad. So its basically play for 5 seconds and watch ads for 1 minute. That ironic thing is that the ads you watch tells you that if the earn cash app make you watch ads its a fake app and its a scam and to delete the app. I dont even think that they watch their ads that they put inside their game. Its funny that they are digging their own grave and dont even know about it or they do know but dont give a @#ck. My advice for people is that just take the first Cash out and delete the app because from that point on you are being scammed and wasting your time. Good luck everyone.
