Terrible experience with Kerching…

• Terrible experience with Kerching casino.They have accepted my deposit and my bet and now i am awaiting for my withdrawl which was supposed to be 2 or 3 working days. They also locked my account so i cannot play more this only happened when i tried to withdraw my money. Live chat is a disaster they all say we will be in touch with you once we have an update. Complaints department do not reply and they do not have any contact details.Rude agents on live chat who will just disconnect the live chat. They asked for my documents which should be a simple process of verification it has been 7 days now account nit verified and also withdrawals not processed. Ridiculous procedure to verify

• Dreadfully slow at processing withdrawals (29 days and counting). Live chat rarely works. Emails work but the response is usually the same as soon as we know more well email you. That alone suggests their internal communications are poor. They even admitted they dont have telephones for internal use. Hopefully more will read these bad reviews before depositing (unlike me).Judging by the other reviews if I get an official reply here it will also be a cut and paste effort from Kerching/GraceMediaDay 10 onwards - started to ignore my emails even though Im getting read receipts.Emailed them 14 times today (13th Oct) with zero responses.Finally on Monday 18th October my documents have been verified and locks removed from the site. This means theyre letting me deposit. However they tell me it will take 2-3 more working days to process my withdrawal. Its now day 4 and they wont give me an answer as to why.

• Wish I could give 0 stars its getting frustrating because nothing but issues with this site you have to repeatedly prove who you are. They try and refuse bonuses and give excuses why you not getting them. After fighting a number of days got 1 of my bonuses turned it a couple of hundred and trying to hit the withdrawal only to spend 200 of the bonus money not to get any features in the game and then the company restricts my account on the grounds Im gambling excessively. What does it matter if its bonus money I havent deposited in months because the win rate is very low and now poor service and slanders you. • 7 weeks still waiting for withdrawal!Requested a withdrawal (not Kerching but one of the sister sites) on 18th May for £5k still waiting for it now sent all documents over for proof of earning and can not count how many emails I have sent for an update but get the same generic replied every time we have passed this on and will get back to you which they never do. I have then been asked for documents again which have already been sent and they have replied to me about them so it is definitely a stalling tactic. I have put in a complaint with no reply and have now told them that if my money isnt received in the next few days then I have no alternative but to put in a small claims case. Absolutely disgusting treatment to their customers please avoid total scammers!

• Well its been 10 days since I requested my withdrawal! I have sent numerous emails to grace media but still no further forward same excuse theyve followed up the withdrawal and documents I sent in and are waiting to hear back. Has anyone else on here managed to get their withdrawal yet? Its beyond a joke!UPDATEI heard back from ecogra yesterday and funny enough Gracemedia also got in touch. I was again asked to send in my documents for the 3rd time since my withdrawal and within the hour I had been paid. I wont be using them again!Im now in the 5th week of waiting for my withdrawal! • Firstly i got no bonus. Next one is strange so id love to hear if anyone has similar experience . After not recieving bonus or spins I checked my account to ensure id taken the correct steps to qaulify. Now no answer or reply from their Phone line email or live chat. Scam casino and Ive alot of evidence against this organisation which my law firm will be taking to regulators and contacting the owners of kerching and Exposing these type os casinos in an upcoming documentary. Good job the law firm is international. Im not holding my breath for the money but I will slate this casinos name everywhere and name and shame the owners of this corrupt entity.

On the third working day I received an email asking for proof of income and bank statements so this was provided by me on the same day. • I was always very happy with this site. The only thing i was unhappy with the amount of time it took to do withdrawels. This has got worse I have had withdrawels sitting in pending from the 26 and 27 May despite numerous emails no one has yet told me why. I feel we should at least have a right to know. I would not play this site again unless it sorts out this problem. We have to pay up front to play and most sites pay out same day now.
