- I have been a member here for many years and its never been great for me but in the past year I would say its gone further down hill.The only reason I am still with them is because of the choice of games but even now it seems harder to find the game you want to play as oppose to how it was set out before.They used to offer me bonuses every week and although I hated the fact that you had to wager your deposit first before unlocking the bonus it was still a slight chance of getting one.Also regarding deposit bonuses I feel that they discriminate against your average punter me at least anyway and I have spoken to them in the past about this it seems they favour casino streamers over normal customers as they offer them better bonus terms streamers seem to get the bonus money upfront and then have to start wagering with bonus money when the deposited funds is depleted with me its the other way around and sometimes I dont even get a bonus at all if I cant wager my deposit the required number of times mostly 35 times.As I have mentioned already I have spoken to them before about this explaining that they treat streamers different to me and they have simply said that my bonuses are personally tailored to me so that makes me think that they are discriminating against me .I believe that all players should be treated with the same respect regardless of frequency of play or how much they spend but Leo Vegas obviously dont see it this way .Also going back to bonuses and as you can probably guess by now this is a big part of my issues they used to send me free spins every now and again without the need to deposit token gesture especially on my birthday well it was my birthday yesterday and I got nothing where as other smaller casinos sent me free spins as a valued customer.Also companies like this need to realise my idea of responsible gambling is always making sure I get a bonus for my deposit that way I play longer for less and I will play where the bonuses take me . Also regarding responsible gambling I dont need reminding 2times in the space of an hour how long I have been playing this does nothing to help me as I am already well aware how long I have been playing and I think this feature should be optional for players who want to be reminded constantly while your in the middle of a bonus round its annoying and they must know this surely. Anyway this was more like a rant than a review but it is my honest opinion and as fair as I can be with them. They could be great but they need to treat all players the same and fix a couple of other things too.
