Bad comunication

• Bad comunication I deposited funds yesterday but all games were offline for a maintenance that was not comunicated to the users and I’ve asked to the support to withdrawal the deposit but they told that it is not possibile. I’ve got around 0.89 eth waiting to be withdrawn but the automated kyc they use cannot verify me as they do not accept uk documents.
