• I would put 5 stars because when I did win and Ive cashed out on $2000 three seperate times and $2500 another time. The transactions went fine every time. Now just like any casino it took a lot of playing to get there but Ive gotten back much more then Ive put in more then fair right? Problem is since then no matter if I deposit $20 or $100 it plays a little then starts to go to zero very fast. • I withdrew a winnings of $800 on February 14 that morning I had to do an international wire transfer. I filled out everything completely correct today is the 24th and I still have not received my money every time I call or message them they tell me something different but they said it’s on the way and I should get it any day now. • WOW If I read these reviews first I probably wouldnt have played on lucky creek or there 7 or 8 sister sites in the group. I play on all there sites and honestly never had a problem. I deposited $150 of my own money was given the choice to accept a bonus or not I chose not to being that in order to withdraw after the bonus one must play through $17000 worth of wagering. I play only live dealer blackjack and roulette and had done well winning over $1200. When I went to withdraw the casino told me that I had accepted the bonus and in order to withdraw any funds I had to play through the $17000 even tho I only played live dealer and you can’t play with bonus money in the live dealer section. • This site knew that I was dealing with identity theft issues from the start of creating my account with them. And they knew money was being stolen from my financial accounts. I added money to this site as a means of trying to protect it from being stolen from me and then they did! I got the complete run around with having my money reimbursed that wasnt used for any gambling purposes and then became rude with me when speaking to customer service support about this situation. In fact I even reported to them directly about an unrecognized card on my account myself and 3 others that were mine but began having issues with them so I had updated to one new card and asked for all the others to be removed. They removed only the one card account that should have remained on the account. And then called me a liar stole all my money from me and placed some sort of gambling addiction response on me for trying to have my money refunded back to the original account that sent the money. They claim its been sent but my account says its not there wasnt ever sent back. And now they hold an illegal 3rd party block on all my accounts that were also hyjacked or compromised by hackers so that none of my evidence against them can be given to police or investigators. They stole my money and then lied about everything including the chat logs for which showed that I had reported such incident as that unrecognized card account myself and asked for a proper resolution for the situation.
