- I won and withdrew $1900. It’s been almost 5 weeks and still have not received my withdrawal. They keep telling me to give it a few more days well it’s been 30 DAYS!!! Worst experience ever!!

- I was so excited to play this website I should have read all these reviews before I gave any kind of money I made a $50 deposit they matched me $150 I played through the money that I had to and at the end I had $1900 I was so excited I was figuring out how to get this into my account well apparently you can only get a wire transfer or Bitcoin transfer so I tried to do the wire transfer filled out the necessary paperwork and now Im just waiting and I asked how much am I getting apparently the maximum payout is only $100 meanwhile they have me thinking Im thinking that Im getting the full amount I won I will put a follow-up review after I get my payout if I ever get it its supposed to be under review right now but we will see reading all these comments doesnt seem like Im going to get my payout buyer beware.

- Crooked as they come! Received a $50 Bonus but I had to play thru $3000. Which I did and what I had left was to be converted to cash in my account! Played thru the $3000 plus they took out the $50 bonus money after my play thru. All I had to do was play thru the $3000 never said they would take out the original $50 bonus.

- Terrible site! I have won over $900 in the past month. They only sent me $180 for ONE of my winnings. That was for a $200 withdrawal which they charged $20 to wire transfer to my banking institution. Honestly I believe this casino is fraudulent and so are its staff. Based on the many negative reviews I’ve read here I think it’s safe to say I won’t be receiving the rest of my withdrawals. VERY disappointed in “lucky” creek. They should change their name to “you’re s#%^ out of luck if you think we’re going to pay out your winnings to you.”

- I wish Id read this before playing because many of the same things listed from other users apply to me. Won a bonus of $2400 cashed out (process was very cumbersome) then told they can only cash out $1000. Ok fine. I asked if the remainder would be credited back to account...they said the casino keeps that. I asked why play if they wont pay winnings and wont credit. I got no response. Crickets. Waiting weeks and still dont have the $1000.

I contacted again yesterday and the person told me he would personally see to it that it would get processed. Still nothing. Im hoping and waiting.Update 9/24/2025:I received my money yesterday. It took about 19 days from withdrawal to receiving it in my bank account. If youre looking for fast payout this is not the casino for you. I do love the games and I actually win on this site.

- My initial experience was not great because of an interaction between a casino chat fellow. The following day casino host Damian rang me personally to help me set my password and went a long way to make things right. I don’t leave stern reviews for nothing. I write them to be heard. - Somebody needs to do something about this casino! They are straight criminals! I won over $3000 and tried to cash out and they gave me some bull crap about a match bonus so I was only able to cash out $980. They took the rest of it and put it back into the casino. With no explanation other than thats their rules. Its ridiculous it doesnt say anything about that. When I put my money into the account. It says I can win millions. That place is so fraudulent and shady. I would never ever tell anybody to put their money into there

Don’t waste your time
- Been waiting almost 2 weeks for my withdrawal by bitcoin (their fastest method of paying). My cash out has been “flushed” now I’m told that whenever finance decides to “process” it I should get it 5 days from that point so who knows how long. Why screw around with this casino when there are others out there that actually pay with in a reasonable time without playing games with your money.
