• Save your money you won’t get your winnings withdrew £100 looked at my account it said the nominated account didn’t exist money returned. The money has not been returned to my account. Went onto live chat asked where my money was got told they would get back to me and cut me off. Obviously have no intentions of paying out. • I won 2k and not been paid because apparently you have to wait 21 days??? I withdrew £200 once and received if quickly has anybody been paid at all then winning a larger amount?

Scammed £8400 deposits never paid winnings

• I got scammed in may 2022 and I lost £8400 deposits after winning !£12200.40 they refused to let me withdraw and kept sending it back to my balance every time I withdrew £2500. On the casino I kept winning spins with £20+ on numbers and they never credited my balance they just said on live chat they would look in to it! Live chat was rude and eventually they stopped me accessing my account completely so I can’t even provide to my bank my gaming history with them! my bank (starling) is refusing to raise a chargeback for me with Mastercard for some reason. Has anyone else found a way to recover their money that they got scammed? If so can you email me please jacobifineart@ outlook.com - I’ve raised a case with action fraud but I’m losing the will here it’s such a lot of money and it’s affected me for 2 years since. How the bank doesn’t protect customers is beyond me!!

• Please avoid this site I have been waiting almost a month for them to payme. Customer service is non existent I have messaged numerous times without any reply. I really dont know what else I can do they should be shut down

• I only gave 1 star because it won’t let me do a minus!!. Massive fraud going on here. Waited 6 months for a withdrawal to keep being told they are investigating doing checks for fraudulent accounts. These are the biggest fraudsters in the web. Amazingly once the funds were put back to my account because of some stupidly worded email which made no sense at all I played the duds as I was never going to get the funds I never got a scatter feature after wagering £400. AVOID THIS SITE at all costs scam on every level.😡😡😡also the email address for support does not exist.

I won 100 round about January withdrew it and it landed in my bank straight away so played in February cos though yeah this is good untill I won again and have never received the money. • Avoid this scam website. They take money even from third parties and are aware of it but its only when you start winning that they find excuses to revoke your winnings and refuse to pay out. Instead of just refunding all your deposit they will only give you the refund back for that day only when you win not when you lose. Many people are facing this issue. I recommend that all victims of this fraud unite and submit claims to get our money.I now ready to submit my claim to against this fraud company!!

Absolute shocker of a site been trying to withdraw £1200 for over a month now all I get is automated messages saying “withdrawals take 7-21 days be patient” their support email address bounces back so you can’t actually email them and their online chat operators turn the chat off after telling you to be patient. Don’t use it you won’t see your money!!!

• Played for around 6 months. Lots of smaller wins which were paid out fairly swiftly but a larger win yielded no response customer service poor with robotic answers however I have to say after 2 weeks I did receive my withdrawal of £2250 so very happy. Needs to improve the customer support element and timescales for paying out to get a better score

• Never use this site they dont pay out my account is all verified and six weeks later still not paid live chat says be patient then cuts you off every time. The phone number goes dead and they dont respond to emails I have even tried resolver and not even responding to them

• If there was no stars I would choose that I withdrew £600 on the 19th Aug 23 I’ve sent over 20 emails contacted support loads of times the last message was 2 days ago they said my withdrawal was due to be completed soon 😂😂 I won’t hold my breath I’ve even reported them to resolver but still nothing please avoid this site as they will only steal your money !! Website closed nothing to be had

• Been owed 2.7k GBP since August. Withdrawal always stuck with the financial team and support have no access to information as to when itll arrive. After 3 months the request was automatically revoked and the funds went back into my balance (missing some of it). Support wouldnt answer why the automatic reversal didnt reverse the full amount and just ended the conversation. Started the withdrawal again at the beginning of December and now the site has been shut down and is inaccessible. You will never receive your money. Thankfully was only £40 wasted but dont waste a penny more if you get the chance.
