• I have had a good run this evening and attempted to withdraw my winnings. I’m disappointed that I have been asked to verify things only when I attempted to withdraw. No documents were requested from me before this my account says age verified and nothing specific is asked for. Then when I tried to withdraw I received an email. I’m now wondering why this wasn’t sent before I was allowed to deposit numerous times! I have done my best to send what I’ve been asked to. I hope this will be sorted quickly and my winnings paid without further hassle. I would have given a 5 star review but for this. Bets were taken without a problem and winners were paid quickly. I was impressed! I will update my review to 4 stars when I receive payment but even it is immediate I don’t think it’s right to only request documents for a withdrawal! • I spent more than 500 pounds with prizes included in this game (Madame Destiny) I went to the game (3 balls) more than ten times and as everyone knows it can give between 5 free games up to 12 and can multiply from 2 to times 3 to times 5 to times 10 15 20 and 25 but the RANDOM or the PAYOUTS were against me this is because it never went over times 5. my conclusion is that this is all done they gave me payment up to 50 pounds and it didnt go beyond that. Stay away from this house but very far away. ALL DONE

• I lost 1500 pounds on casino. Yes my fault. Terrible RTP. They were running a promotion get 15 percent back from your losses up to 100 pounds When I enquired about this on the Saturday before the Monday refunds I received an instant email reply concerned (my foot) about my 1500 loss and all of a sudden demanded bank statements proof of earnings source of income. None of this was of course required when depositing 1500 They then said they would consider promotion. All very convenient this asking for documentation when I asked about promotion. Nasty company. No issues big payout and quick withdrawal

• I agree with the previous review. I was very sceptical after reading all of the 1 star reviews but decided to deposit £25 anyway. I played revenge of Loki Megaways and hit the bonus feature within 5-10 minutes the feature paid out £2600 but I felt it wasn’t real because it happened so quickly and all of the 1 star reviews calling it a scam casino. • Despite some of the other reviews I have to say that so far I rate the service highly. The customer service department have been very efficient and helpful in responding to emails I have received a few promotions and my withdrawals to date have all been processed quickly.
