- Ive given this site 4 stars I just joined today I was sent an e-mail asking me to send kyc documents which I did withdraw some winnings sent an e-mail to octobet support and got an e-mail back within about an hour saying my documents had been verified and my withdrawal had been processed. Im even more please to see that they have a UK gaming licence and the platform has quite an impressive sportsbook. Little update the site is 100% genuine but they did put £150 a month deposit limit on my account after I made my final withdrawal which means I now cant use the site until next month despite being in profit with them these restrictions are not good for gamblers or the industry but I can understand they are good for some people who have real issues but that should be assessed and not judged unfairly as this current system is.

Absolutely trrrible company they offer a free welcome bet and when you have met the terms and conditions it doesn’t appear and when you get hold of the awful customer service which can only be done by email they tell you that your ip address has been recognised that you have had account before which is a total and utter lie. And I have made two withdrawals and both times they only get sent back after hours of waiting when you email them and they do not apologise an absolute disgrace and no customer service whatsoever so do not join go anywhere else it will be an improvement.

Don’t Bother
- Deposit £20 try to withdraw £26.Have to go through the KYC to enable the withdrawal. Won couple of quid on horses which remains in my balance. Have written it all off as it’s easier to shit diamonds than make a withdrawal from octobet

No issues big payout and quick withdrawal
- I agree with the previous review. I was very sceptical after reading all of the 1 star reviews but decided to deposit £25 anyway. I played revenge of Loki Megaways and hit the bonus feature within 5-10 minutes the feature paid out £2600 but I felt it wasn’t real because it happened so quickly and all of the 1 star reviews calling it a scam casino. Anyway I requested withdrawal and was asked to verify my account for the KYC (which I did) within 2 hours of verifying my details the money was in my bank account. I think the 1 star reviews are from angry people that have lost too much money and expect to win all of the time it’s gambling it’s a risk you take sometimes you win and sometimes you lose.

- Despite some of the other reviews I have to say that so far I rate the service highly. The customer service department have been very efficient and helpful in responding to emails I have received a few promotions and my withdrawals to date have all been processed quickly. - All reviews are 100% correct as this company certainly dont want to payout when you are winning! I had a good run and won a couple of thousand over several weeks on various bets. Guess what Octobet then put restrictions on my betting where i couldnt bet more than £2. I asked them what was the reason for this and they said it was a trading team decision! In short ok when they are taking your money but certainly not the other way. Just keep away from this site as there are plenty of others to use.
