No issues big payout and quick withdrawal
- I agree with the previous review. I was very sceptical after reading all of the 1 star reviews but decided to deposit £25 anyway. I played revenge of Loki Megaways and hit the bonus feature within 5-10 minutes the feature paid out £2600 but I felt it wasn’t real because it happened so quickly and all of the 1 star reviews calling it a scam casino. Anyway I requested withdrawal and was asked to verify my account for the KYC (which I did) within 2 hours of verifying my details the money was in my bank account. I think the 1 star reviews are from angry people that have lost too much money and expect to win all of the time it’s gambling it’s a risk you take sometimes you win and sometimes you lose.

- Despite some of the other reviews I have to say that so far I rate the service highly. The customer service department have been very efficient and helpful in responding to emails I have received a few promotions and my withdrawals to date have all been processed quickly. I was asked to provide KYC information and my account was verified promptly. So far so good - excellent site with great offers.

- All reviews are 100% correct as this company certainly dont want to payout when you are winning! I had a good run and won a couple of thousand over several weeks on various bets. Guess what Octobet then put restrictions on my betting where i couldnt bet more than £2. I asked them what was the reason for this and they said it was a trading team decision! In short ok when they are taking your money but certainly not the other way. Just keep away from this site as there are plenty of others to use.

- Good luck trying to win anything at this casino. You can reply with your RNG garbage all you want - consistently lost no matter what the stakes and you get one win every few hundred spins for about 50p more than you staked.Ive never seen so many consistent losses spins without a win no bonus rounds given. This was the result : sp fav 1stmy selection 2nd so I was expecting £40 winnings no it was settled as loser. Emailled Octobet their reply said my free bet didnt qualify for the bet as gesture of goodwill they gave £5. Gesture of goodwill indeed I lost £35 on the bet please dont use thus site they are cons.

Terrible Customer Service and Unresolved Withdrawal Issues
- I am extremely disappointed with Octobet. My withdrawal of £2400 has been pending for over a month and despite numerous attempts to contact customer service I have been completely ignored. I have not received any updates for more than 30 days leaving me feeling robbed and frustrated. This level of service is unacceptable and I strongly advise others to avoid this bookmaker.

Not too happy with the fact they applied a processing fee when I withdrew
- I stumbled upon an ad for a cool sign-up offer by Octobet where they promised to reimburse you 50% of your losses if you lost money with their bets. Great I thought. So I deposited £100 looked around for a couple of days but found nothing worth betting on (dead season football-wise). I decided to withdraw my £100 and come back later.However they applied a £5 withdrawal fee which was according to their terms of course but still quite unusual and unexpected.I was in a similar situation with BetVictor a while ago. I deposited then withdrew (no processing fees applied of course) and now Im a satisfied customer betting with them again when I feel like it.As for Octobet this is not a good way to earn the trust of potential customers. What else is hiding in those long T&Cs that no one reads anyway? Go figure.Just avoid them.

- Shocking. And I have played on some really bad sites when I tell you the slots are rigged the slots are rigged many of a time the same spins came in on repeat slots looked like they where wobbling. When you though the bonus was going to hit and it did it would slip off. Bonuses very very low 7 dead spins before it would give anything on bonus out of 10 continuously on every bonus.
