Getting winnings from the OLG app is HELL
- Never had so much trouble getting my $500 prize that I won using the OLG appIve contacted them online through the live chat the agent said I just needed a void cheque to get my $ I was emailed a few days later that I did not have the proper documents. Tried contacting them at 7pm and they were closed. They should have better hours for people that need to contact them after work. Seriously thinking of not using the OLG APP AGAIN

Is the OLG a scam now?
- Really starting to think the OLG is a scam I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on scratch tickets and lottery tickets and can’t even win a free ticket anymore no one has that much bad luck that they can’t find even one $3 winning scratcher after spending like $400 on them! I used to win occasionally $3 here $50 there on scratch tickets and on the lottery tickets I used to win free tickets or some money here and there but now it’s like there’s no winners being made anymore and the lottery it feels like they’re taking all the tickets that have been bought and then picking numbers that have not been combined in a ticket so nobody can win. I’m done with the OLG they’ve takin enough of my hard working money!!!

- Definitely taking advantage of customers. You cant win no matter what you deposit or play. Im on a break and hopefully that will lead to a boycott altogether. Its just a constant loss. Whether its scratch tickets that rarely win more than $20 anymore or picks like 3.The 244 number has been apparently pulled by the board and D Hanay leaving it since August 2021lol. We see them bring same numbers up repeatedly within a 2 to 3 day period but this is the longest its ever been and that goes back to pick 3 inception like 30 years which was 1 draw a day. AGCO as well with Erik Hansotia continuously drops the ball and believe many Canadians have lost faith they are not in league with this enterprise theyre supposed to oversee.2021 guys? Who are you trying to fool?

- Rip off. I reside in Quebec and while in Ontario I wanted to buy lotto tickets for the 649/Max. One the app installed It insists that you deposit $$ which I did $50 worth. Next day they closed my account and I lost my $50. WTF can’t blame this on Trump ! Fregging rackets:(

- This is the worst online casino and what’s even worse is they have no regulatory system that monitors them they’re their own system. I’ve played probably 10 times spent $1000…..50 bucks each time I deposit and I have one literally under five dollars. It is pathetic how the Canadian government and the Ontario government allows This to go on every other online will use MGM for example I get a withdrawal in less than an hour maybe 2. OLG takes six days. and somebody else mentioned I sent everything they requested for verification and I had to go through half a dozen phone calls in about a week of even just to get verified.Is the worst scam of any online casino I’ve ever played I might as well just go away midway or a fair and spend my money on the games there because I assure you I would win a hell a lot more and I understand it’s online casino. - Back in the year 2019 and 2020 OLGwas running fairly. Ever since these new regulations came in the casino experience went to shit. Nowadays the more money you put into OLG the more they take away. RTP is 👎... Winnings are scarce now. I used to win alot a couple years ago. Dont know what the hell is going on with their ways now. Their slot games are rigged. They changed up some algorithms or something. OLG most likely red flagged me because of the wins I had before. They dont like that. I believe that OLG may have hired some new staff....you know the individuals that make scamming people over the phone their hobby. They were doing it over the phone now they can do it with an legal organization thats made to scam people. Considering closing the account soon. Unfortunately the OLG fun factor has completely diminished from their casino games. Its not even fun playing the demo casino games anymore either. Whatever changes that were made to worsen the experience for players caused OLG to lose their spunk as well as lose their customers. Most of these comments that I have read have nothing good to say about that Crown Corporation called OLG.
