• if i could give this site negative stars i 100% would. though my issues are with the Ontario version of this terrible sportsbook.verification went fine betting is fine depositing is fine.go to withdraw 300$? Sorry account locked for violating terms of service. im sorry what? please enlighten me which term i seem to have broken. i ask in live chat what happend they say wait for email team to respond. email just links me terms & conditions. wont let me take my money out or even refund my damn deposit. its been 3 MONTHS. no responses from email team about my money no nothing.

Don’t download

• Don’t download. Doesn’t show every player until actual game time. NO LONGER can half time bet they’re always under maintenance placing bets sometimes aren’t always accepted and they’ll take your money and refund it to your balance in 30 minutes (so basically could’ve won the bet you made but a “validation error” happened” FANDUEL and MGM and ESPNBET are way better

I had 3 family members and two friends…

• I had 3 family members and two friends that all had a pointsbet account. One by one we all experienced the same issue besides one of my family members who never really used his account. Once we had won a decent amount. Then requested to withdraw our winnings all at different time periods. We each received the same email stating that our accounts were being closed due to suspicious activity. Not one of us ever received our winnings. However we were refunded our deposits we made. When were were refunded they had took their sweet time about doing so. Then on top of that they issued it just a little at a time. I just read some other reviews that were very similar to what happened to all of us.

Thanks for those free $1 bets!

• You guys are far better than the blue one (Fan Dual) and just a bit worse than the green one (Draft Kings) to a Chicago guy that mostly does $1-10 bets and often on the team he hates…just so he is bought “free lunch” when his team looses. Your Free $1 or 2 bets have yielded me about the same as the the constant “boost” to my winnings I get at Draft kings. Also I don’t think your iPad so lets me rotate sideways yet…still forced to hold it the long way!

Excellent betting platform

• Excellent betting platform. As a sports better I keep coming back to them because they provide some of the best odds and outstanding customer service. Living in N Jersey there are many sports books to choose from. I’ve been eliminating several of them but not this one. They also are very generous with promotions odds boosts and free bets.

PointsBet may not always have the best…

• PointsBet may not always have the best bet prices but the simplicity of their app makes it easy to navigate and bet on any game. I also enjoy the customer promos that a lot of other sportsbooks do not offer. These promos keep me more dedicated to PointsBet and makes me want to place bets on their site if bets prices are the same at numerous books.

Best Online SportsBook

• I have been watching this site cover the players championship and think the site makes it so easy to track everything. The options for betting seem unlimited I just wish I could catch a break. But this is my favorite online Sportsbook to direct deposit my paychecks to. I visit this site several times each day. Good company.

Im enjoying the betting experience but the login experience is poor.

• Im enjoying the betting experience with Pointsbet. However Im not enjoying the login experience with my iPhone. Ive talked to other and they have the same issue. A friend of mine closed his account with PB because of this. Every time I sign in it asks if I want to enable Face ID then it asks if I want to enable a pin code. Ive tried say yes to both yes to one and not other. No combination works. Its pretty frustrating especially when all other platforms are seamless login experience. Thanks.

Great cashout experience

• Great cashout experience fast payment. Also like the casino addition and how its separated. Although Im sure you guys want it to be an integrated experience for the engagement and use factor but from a player perspective the separation of casino and sportsbook help with impulses and not many apps do that so you guys have an advantage there IMO.

I love Points Bet!

• I love Points bet. They have competitive lines. They offer a range of specific player bets rather than just the singular line. I love the free bets. My only thing I wish they would offer is the SGP+ option where you can combine several SGPs

PointsBet is very good online sports…

• PointsBet is very good online sports betting good promotions good free bets offer and so many to bet on all sports.The only issue I have is the withdraw option PointsBet don’t deposit the withdraw into the debit card .I can use my debit card for deposit but poitsbet don’t deposit my withdraw money to same debit card.

When i need to cash out the payout time…

• When i need to cash out the payout time is reasonable Im given free bets on a timely manner.The only issue i have is sometimes the free bets are hard to find and use for someone like me with limited computer knowledge

Pointsbet experience

• The ease of the app to place bets. The ability to make you own bet and have it priced accordingly if you dont find what you are looking for. While using the app the ability to leave the app and come back without necessarily having the log back in is nice.

I like that navigating through the app…

• I like that navigating through the app is quicker than most other sportsbook apps. I like the pointsbetting option also.I dont like the lag in the live betting. Many times Ive clicked on a bet entered my bet amount hit submit hit confirm and then the line has changed dramatically. I had to un-check the auto accept line changes button. Also I wish I could add my bets to my bet slip and have the ability to click or un-click certain bets to make a parlay. BetMGM has this option and I like it. On PointsBet I have to delete the bets from my bet slip completely and then go back and find the game again to add it back for a different parlay. I hope that makes sense.

Pros and Cons

• Pros: Really nice interface for the most part. Easy to place bets. Solid customer support service. Quick money in and quick money out.Cons: Terrible teaser odds on 6 pt. Teasers! Most places -120 not -140. Much better odds at other books. Makes it impossible for any long term winning. Not enough bet variety. I hear bets at other books in podcasts that I cannot make at Pointsbet. Occasionally hard to tell what a promotional bets terms are. When youre out of state you cannot even look at your account. Of course you cant bet but you cant even login to see what bets you have placed. Annoying.

• I received a notification of a free bet and it wasnt there on Saturday. Also the free bets went from $2 to $1 after I hit a couple. Otherwise I think Pointsbet is the best sports betting app.
