If there are glitches they let you know they are having problems and it is so much easier for me to be patient when I know why its taking longer than I thought it should. • Redemption Press took all my books (9) cleaned them up and edited my typos helped me design good-looking covers and professionally published them. They look great! Unsure of how it works

• As a first timer I found it difficult to figure out who was giving what talk and when. I thought I would pick & choose talks given my hectic schedule but realized that I could not see details about each talk. I found it confusing to locate talks given two “locations” (don’t remember but I think one track was on the site & one was on Facebook Live?).

I have felt that every connection I’ve made with RP has been divinely made the right person at the right time helping me move to the next step in my journey and praying with me and for me through the process. A Great Finished Product but a Very Long Road

• What Redemption Press does well is hire staff with sincere hearts and great expertise in their area. However all people have their own life issues and we had the misfortune of having two people assigned to us who were over-stretched in commitments thus placing us for months and months on the back-burner. Finally reluctantly we complained to Athena Holtz who personally worked with us to rectify the situation. The last few months were a great experience with some amazing people and our finished product excellent. The timeline was from September 2020 to May 2023.

Zoom connects were great

• Zoom connects were great. I recommend them being slightly longer and having a larger variety of discussion questions then repeating the same general ones each time.For speakers either in Roar fb page or zoom workshops I would have liked if speakers didnt just read off their slides but contributed more content not found on slide. There could be some benefit to having social media workshops that were for those not very familiar with using it and those who arent new and desired to learn more advanced or currently trending techniques. It also could involve understanding the analytic data such as what is counted as engagement etc.Other potential workshop ideas:Creative CopywritingGetting out of writers blockAdvanced graphic design/ visual resources (not everything in canva)
