- Hello Trustpilot scarabet.io is now scarawins.com. Maybe you can change it because they changed the name but it is still a scam company.I am a customer since 10 months. My first three withdrawals came after long delay. But they came. The last three months I was not playing anymore on this site. On 02.03.25 I decide to make a full withdrawal about my money (213 Euro). Horrible slow scamsite
- Horrible slow site. If you place a bet it takes ages to load and if the odds are positive changing it declines the bet but if it gets worse theyll accept it. Example if you bet on table tennis there will be 3 points played during the processing of the bet. If u bet on player A when its 8 8 and he wins 11 8 it says the bet been blocked but if same thing happen and player B wins 11 8 the bet will be processed with the odds of 8 8. Hilarious

- Very low and slow withdrawals. Max payout per month is €7000. Would have been more than 7 months to get my winnings paid out of course they want the customer to lose it all before that. What customer wants to wait over half a year to get their winnings??? Their financial department would not accept higher payouts. Stay away from this site if you’re high roller!

Terrible customer service
- Terrible customer service. They do whatever it takes to delay your cash outs. It will take weeks to get your money out of you site if you are ever to get them. They will have you verify your account. Wait for days then asks for new documents. Finally when they accept them they will wait days again to make the withdrawal. Then after one withdrawal (their limit is only 1000€/day) Then they will start the process all over again. Scammiest site Ive ever used. STAY AWAY

- Worst bookmaker with maltese license. Seems like a scam. Doesnt hold what is being promised. Also they doesnt almost send replies on e-mails. They cant even fix to credit a freebet to use on football. Even they says so only on tennis etc. Then they saying they gonna take it further nothing happens.
