Terrible customer service
- Terrible customer service. Not only does there technology perform poorly with multiple in-game reboots but their customer service is non-existent. Emails go unanswered for over a week and waiting for live chat support is a total waste of time. Wait in the line for an hour only to have no one join the chat. I have never experienced such poor service levels from a gaming site.

- Ive played enough of these games to know by now this is not random. If youve played Jackpot City this is the exact same site just with a different name looks the same feels the same. They say this is totally random with rng yet I continue to have the exact same type of game everytime so weird. They let you win a little and then you will feel a switch and at that moment youll just spin and lose spin and lose. The welcome Bonus was granted without hassle they offered me 100% back on my dep. Pretty much you will win but not enough to cash out and then by the time youve spun the bonus plays and can cash out youll have just barely not enough to cash out and then from there youll lose. At one point a notification popped up that said my 300 spins for a Zeus game were ready and then it vanished and its gone now contacted customer support nd they were of no help dunno where they went but w/e I wont be back I can lose my money on playnow where it goes back to my province at least.
