No update regarding withdrawal
- I requested a withdrawal from Spin Casino on Saturday and since submitting the request I have not received any correspondence or updates regarding its status. As of today the withdrawal is still pending and there has been no communication from the casino to confirm processing or provide a timeframe.This lack of communication is quite frustrating. When dealing with financial transactions especially withdrawals players expect timely updates and transparency about the process. Even a simple acknowledgment or estimated processing time would go a long way in reassuring customers.At the moment the experience has been disappointing due to the delay and absence of support or information. - Terrible customer service. Not only does there technology perform poorly with multiple in-game reboots but their customer service is non-existent. Emails go unanswered for over a week and waiting for live chat support is a total waste of time. Wait in the line for an hour only to have no one join the chat. I have never experienced such poor service levels from a gaming site.

- All games are rigged to the bone. It’s not easy to win despite betting big. I came to 10x multiplier and got stuck for 2 days. No matter how many times I played it just wouldn’t budge. My slots secrets and findings
- Ive played enough of these games to know by now this is not random. If youve played Jackpot City this is the exact same site just with a different name looks the same feels the same. They say this is totally random with rng yet I continue to have the exact same type of game everytime so weird. They let you win a little and then you will feel a switch and at that moment youll just spin and lose spin and lose. The welcome Bonus was granted without hassle they offered me 100% back on my dep. I usually dont accept these types of offers cause you have to play it out until you can cash out and thats where they have all the control. Pretty much you will win but not enough to cash out and then by the time youve spun the bonus plays and can cash out youll have just barely not enough to cash out and then from there youll lose. At one point a notification popped up that said my 300 spins for a Zeus game were ready and then it vanished and its gone now contacted customer support nd they were of no help dunno where they went but w/e I wont be back I can lose my money on playnow where it goes back to my province at least. I wouldnt sign up its the same shit as everywhere else and incredibly rigged. Jackpot city is notorious for creating play that are designed to piss you off. With each spin youll often get two bonus and the last reel will be spinning and just as a bonus enters the play to be the final third bonus you need it rolls out of play by one I kid you not this happened to me 6 times in a row and it really felt like someone was messing with me.
