- Won 3k of a £90 deposit with no bonus funds attached said I couldn’t withdraw to that card (it was the only card I had used) finally it went through it’s been pending for 2 days live chat is impossible to speak to anyone on earlier I was waiting 2 hours and no one connected to the chat I’ve tried several times to live chat and even on different devices. Abit concerned now I won’t be getting my money.

Horrible customer service and fake bonuses
- I love the games on this site but I feel like they are sneaky with their promotions. Like the “piggy bank” bonus…no where does it say you have to make a 2.00 bet to activate the bonus and then every bet after that has to be .50 or more. When I contacted them they were quick on letting me know the rules but once I sent screen shots and expressed my frustration that they don’t disclose any of those terms anywhere…they never respond. I was stoked about theseBonus.

- Worst Customer service possible (have not responded to any emails sent) takes a while to actually find where to message as when you click on support you get brought to an error:404 page as their customer service litterly no longer exists.Ive been waiting 12 days and counting for a 206 euro withdrawal thats been processing for 10 days.Stay away if you can!

- This was a joke trying to get my money out! Has been almost a month. I sent about 30 emails and they kept getting sent back saying undelivered site not found. I called a phone number and it was some random guy saying he has no idea why his number was on the contact info. Was screaming scam!
