Also the instatnt payout is a scam. e-transfers will still take a couple days even if you have been playing on the site for a year. This place is a joke. I have only stayed hoping I would balance out the funds one time but its Canada and they are too corrupt to allow that to happen

- I requested a withdrawal of $3500 Canadian on December 132025. I am still waiting for my funds from spin casino. I go into my transaction history and there is no history or a pending withdrawal. My transaction history has been completely wiped clean. I have emailed spin city a total of 7 times and no one will respond to me at all. I am beyond frustrated as l feel completely disregarded by spin casino. This review is another attempt at getting my payout. I have now waited the allotted 7 business days and still nothing. If anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it.
