• This will be the fourth time now that TonyBet have blocked emails coming from my email address. Dont pander to their BS reply of oh this might happen sometimes - it is calculated and done on purpose. My mail which they blocked is that time is ticking down on their time here in Ireland. Their remote licence needs to be renewed before June 30th. There is 0% chance they are allowed to operate legally here from this point onwards following all the information Ive passed onto regulatory bodies here. Once they are kicked out the other lightly regulated locations which they preyed on will begin to ask questions and Ive began work with them alerting them of this companys practices so wont be long until they are gone from there too. The people overseeing of the operation will give their initials for now D.A. & J.R. think that hiding and trying to confuse customers when trying to get paid is a sustainable way to run a company Gentlemen the clock is ticking down until you can no longer operate legally anywhere

• Tonybet intentionally withheld many details my data request. (Still not provided). Have acted negligently throughout the past 6 weeks of my complaint. (Continuing to do so) Continue to maintain no wrongdoing despite compiling evidence against them and refuse to return the 3500 euro they took from me. They have lacked transparency throughout the past 6 weeks (ongoing) and despite my case now being raised with the department of justice and the data protection commission they still maintain they provided all of the requested data despite me specifically requesting bonus wagering they failed to provide. Incredibly negligent stubborn and against regulations. I’m hoping they get sanctioned for this as I believe it is warranted but that is up for the relevant bodies to decide. I will be pushing for the license to be suspended/removed due to all of the data I have obtained showcasing the multiple breaches and below regulation service. If they reply below don’t accept it as legitimate as they maintain that everything was handled correctly when it clearly wasn’t. They also lied directly to the department of justice (who gave them their license to operate in Ireland) and previously they sent me to 5 different incorrect regulators/licensing companies in an attempt to dispel me from proceeding with my complaint. • The customer support is poor despite raising on many occasions the withdrawal process is flaky sometimes within hours - other times days. No real consistency when you ask support you get a standard 5 day answer and a list about of things that make the customer feel like they are in the wrong. I finally closed my account as the support team do nothing - just quote AI responses to you. A paying customer should recieve a decent level of support. Also just recently constant app issues and site issues where the bets are offered but cannot be selected cash outs unpredictable sometimes available and other times not especially when a multibet is winning. Again a lack of consistency. If you have issues dont expect to get a response just and automated reply with no personal service or investigation. Quick to take funding but go to withdraw and they expect screenshots of your account information such as PayPal. I simply had enough of them.

• I wish I had researched this site more thoroughly before depositing. I signed up for their 100% Welcome Bonus which required a 5x wagering of the deposit to unlock. I had almost completed the wager requirements only to realise their system was not tracking the progress at all.​When I contacted support I was met with the same scripted copy-paste response many others here have complained about. They cited Clause 1.22 essentially blaming me for their own technical failure. Their logic is a Catch-22: you have to wager to get the bonus but if you wager and their system glitches its your fault for not catching it immediately.​Upon further research it is clear this is a recurring pattern for TonyBet in 2026. Numerous reports ( recent reviews from Jack Telli and others) highlight system glitches used as excuses to vanish balances or deny legitimate bonuses. They even have a Cancel Withdrawal button—a predatory nudge tactic that is banned by modern regulators like the UKGC and discouraged by the new Irish GRAI.​They hide behind unfair T&Cs to avoid fulfilling contracts. Ive currently made a formal complaint and will escalate my case to IBAS and the GRAI should this not be resolved it is not about money now but principle and ethics. Its my view that this is an ongoing issue after some research following my incident.
