- I played 50$ hand of blackjack and they just took my my money didnt ven give me cards its been 2weeks of contacting custummer support just for them to tell me it was refunded.... it wasnt. the verry next hand i put an other 50$ down and the game dosent give me any options to hit stand or double i was forced to stand and lost.

It feels like they are just copying and pasting information from their FAQ section. They wont have any specific case by case answers. - Horrible experience with their customer support team. Was sent generic responses no one would help me no one would offer additional information to assist me. In fact the many messages I sent were ignored. I had questions like why do the transactions they are referring to not in my transaction history? Still havent received an answer. No one offered clarification not to mention if you ask for a supervisor they just ignore you. They held my very valid withdrawal for a piece of information that did not exist with my bank.
