Tonybet has false commitments regarding player protection

• Tonybet gives false claims and have zero player protection. Back in 2019 I asked the casino for a indefinite self-exclusion(and to be blocked forever) as part of my stopping program. This was confirmed by Tonybet. Back then the casino had the following commitment towards its players: ‘TonyBet is committed to prevent customers who have chosen to opt-out from opening new accounts and will do everything in its power to prevent a secondary account being opened by the same customer.’You would say that this means that as a player you can’t rejoin. This turned out to be a false commitment as I was able to rejoin in March 2025 with the same personal details and lose in a short time a substantial amount. This loss would have been prevented if Tonybet fulfilled its own commitment.And once you send a complaint about their failure as mistakes happen they simply refer to their T&C that (as usual) waves any responsibility. This means that the casino does all it can to avoid their own commitments they make to players once it does not suit them. That does not sound like a fair casino that care about its players.With this review I invite Tonybet to resolve my dispute by issuing a full refund as I was able to rejoin Tonybet despite your own commitment to prevent players from this.If Tonybet does resolve this matter I will update this review.

• A terrible company and platform. The horse race doesn’t start but at the time the race is scheduled you cannot bet. I had many instances where I was trying to install funds only to be continually redirected to verify the Longmont every time. Despite been verified. I at one stage lodged in and race went off so I decided to withdraw my funds. They refused my withdrawal stating I must use deposit funds to wager. This is the worst platform I have ever used. I had to reply to emails twice in order to get my funds. Waiting houses for it to be returned. Instant transfers are now in all platforms. • Yes Tonybet is worst betting company. They are not professional. After I complained about sports bonus they suspended my account without my permission. You have to spend min $1000 to get the bonus. Really crazy.
