Fraudulent casino refuses to payout $15000
- I gambled and lost $2000 I deposited an additional $1000 from my joint bank account and ended up winning $15000 on tonybet.com and they confiscated the funds due to 3rd party deposit despite them initially asking me to provide clarification about the deposit and provide proof that its mine and I provided multiple bank statements void checks bank letterheads notary letter and they went silent and stopped responding. I contacted the KGC and they pawned it off on egis-adr who instantly sided with the casino stating I hadnt provided proof even though I can point to each email that supports my claim. Its clear that tonybet.com claimed I hadnt send in proper documentation to the 3rd party dispute team and they sided with them and had never contacted me for any proof or my side. I literally have every single piece of official documentation they asked for screenshots of their responses and what I uploaded to my verification. Stay from this casino they are fraudulent and will void payouts at any cost.
