- I received an email with a bonus offer that is activated by an employee. Now I have made a deposit but the employees in the so-called “live chat” lol?? Ive been trying to reach someone for about 7 hours but either I get disconnected or all the employees are busy. Although I tend to think that there is only one support person there who has to take care of all the inquiries for this casino group. Or maybe they cant get their hands out of their pockets because they always do that at home first. Its frustrating. This OC is NOT recommended. People play somewhere else! The only thing youll get at VD is gray hair or a bald spot. Payouts are supposedly processed immediately (wink wink). So “immediately” means at least 24 hours before someone looks at it. I thought I could get VD going with a review but when I look at the other reviews here they dont care at all. They dont even have a shrug left for it.
