- I enjoy bet&u a lot but there is some things they can improve such as minimum amount of deposits 10€ is too much for a minimum i don’t play slots but i love the fact that bet&u has all the markets possible on the sports betting platform. another thing i would improve is the cashout system.

- The worst casino in the industry. Its a complete scam. They have stolen several hundreds of € from me by voiding winnings not processing withdrawals and stealing deposits. Please stay away. I had thousands stolen from both deposits and winnings not paid. You can only withdraw a % of your losses and they will make it as hard as possible to not allow you to withdraw anything!! Stay away!!

- You are lured with false advertising promises. I tried to claim a bonus several times. Its rare that the bonus really worked out because something always seemed to go wrong. When you contact support your concerns are not even addressed. Simply outrageous. They just want to entice you to deposit money; whether you actually get the bonus is a coincidence. - Deposit limits do not work - I was able to make deposits despite a deposit limit having been set from me. Ive reported this on live chat they didnt seem to care and didnt attempt to solve it. In fact I was asked what I was referring to by ‚setting s deposit limit‘.After this i decided to self exclude myself for 2 years with immediate effect. 4 hours later i was able to make a deposit still but not to place a bet. So i wanted to make a withdrawal which was denied. I was told to place the newly deposited 10€ on a bet before a withdrawal. I explained that I excluded myself from betting again they asked me what I meant. A day later today I was told that I have to wait until my self exclusion ends. I was told that self exclusion blocks withdrawals AND DEPOSITS! So naturally I wondered why the system allowed me to deposit at the first place which the agent didn’t respond to.This site is unprofessional and not trustworthy.
