• I made a withdrawal request of ₺110000 via Maksibanka transfer on March 12 at 7:28 AM. At 8:00 AM I received a message from Betandyou stating that my withdrawal was completed. However the funds never arrived in my bank account.I reached out to customer support multiple times both via live chat and email but all I got were generic automated responses. Twice they requested my bank transaction history which I provided. Yet even after three days my money has not been credited and I haven’t even received an apology or a proper response. They keep saying my transaction is under review but what exactly is being reviewed for this long?I have been a loyal VIP member of this site for 11 years and up until now I never had an issue with withdrawals. However this delay and lack of communication raise serious concerns. The worst part is that customer service doesn’t seem to care about their users.
