• As stated by many others this site just steals your money complete fraudsters. In hindsight shouldve checked reviews before signing up. Initially looks good with games choices etc however you will never receive any money back. Chat service gives usual answers were doing checks we cant see why the finance department havent processed yet be patient you will hopefully receive your winnings soon. Glad i only deposited £25 to try it out one night. Might seem like a decent casino if you have self excluded elsewhere however do not sign up. You will never receive money from them

• Fraud alert - deposited money in GBP and they took 17 percent more. Asked for a closure of account and refund and have said they would contact the finance department.. been waiting for over 10 days and constant chasing with no impact. Ive raised with their licence operator will see what happens.

After 21 days I still had not received my money I contacted my vip manager who was fantastic. my withdrawal was made on Monday 9th of May and in my bank account on Tuesday 10th May. • Like everyone else I was a skeptic about Casinowin. I didnt think it was legit and when I won a large amount of money I was still unsure about it and thought there is no way it is real money until I read other reviews and the money was deposited into my bank account just 2 days after winning it. The customer service team was very helpful and I can honestly say that I am no longer a skeptic about Casinowin and would gladly play again.

• DO NOT believe the reviews saying they pay. They DO NOT! Eleven months ago i made a withdrawal. Three times i have had to request it again due to problems. They do not answer emails and online chat will only tell you to be patient. They say they have no contact details for managers or accounts dept. Seriously do not believe the positive reviews they do not have a legit license badge on their site is fake. I complained to Curacao licensing about them and they told me the site was not a registered member so they could not help.

• A terrible experience. I made a mistake with a deposit which should be simple and easy to correct. I made contact with one of their advisors. She was utterly useless with very basic monosyllabic replies. I complained via their review process and told them that the deposit I made was my first and absolutely my last. Be wary of this site it looks good but that is where it ends no customer service. Poor poor and very poor.
