- Please can anywe be help me with this casino I use to play few times and in1012 around October I won soem money I request widrawal the funds and they haven’t always they were put diferent reasons and I woudl apreciate if anyone can help me with advices any help with recover my money or at least make a complain for thsi scammers who take peoples money and also the platform doesn’t work also email I try recently to email and isn’t longer active !

- DO NOT believe the reviews saying they pay. They DO NOT! Eleven months ago i made a withdrawal. Three times i have had to request it again due to problems. They do not answer emails and online chat will only tell you to be patient. They say they have no contact details for managers or accounts dept. Seriously do not believe the positive reviews they do not have a legit license badge on their site is fake. I complained to Curacao licensing about them and they told me the site was not a registered member so they could not help.

- I read bad reviews and was serviously worried abut getting my winnings. After 21 days I still had not received my money I contacted my vip manager who was fantastic. my withdrawal was made on Monday 9th of May and in my bank account on Tuesday 10th May. This is a genuine review. I did get my winnings

- As stated by many others this site just steals your money complete fraudsters. In hindsight shouldve checked reviews before signing up. Initially looks good with games choices etc however you will never receive any money back. Chat service gives usual answers were doing checks we cant see why the finance department havent processed yet be patient you will hopefully receive your winnings soon. Glad i only deposited £25 to try it out one night. Might seem like a decent casino if you have self excluded elsewhere however do not sign up. You will never receive money from them
