DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

• DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! So I deposited over £300 won £650 and did 2 withdrawals one of £100 and one of £550. They processed my £100 saying they only did it as they was trying a new faster payment system then when coming to the £550 closed my account down pending further action (required verification and identity) so I sent in my identification and waited for a response fair play they replied in one day to finish the verification process which was accepted but speaking to the thick b*stards on customer service they joined the chat didn’t say anything then left and left me without response and answers I then rang up the company and asked how long the withdrawal would take and they said your account is under further investigation. After days of waiting I finally received my £550 after numerous phone calls and live chats. They’re scammers and just want your money. Do not waste your time or effort because in the end you’ll end up with no account and no money!!!

Really disappointing in Costa recently

• Really disappointing in Costa recently. Had endless amounts of issues with one withdrawal. Everything been fine btt its now been a week. And still no withdrawal. No correspondence no nothing. Akin has helped by escalating the case for the 3rd but still nothing. I would like this rectified ASAP or I will be going to the gambling commission and ombudsman and Ive waited long enough. Ive been told Friday would be released then sat then monday and then Tues and today. Its a joke now. Few people have been nice btt rhe rest just not helpful. How much more patient do I have to be. I expect a response today! Payment today. This is the only withdrawal Ive had issues with.....

Poor website

• Poor selection of games games bonuses are only available once you’ve lost all your real money which to me is backwards. Slow website which regularly crashes & logs you out… even half way through a spin & hard to find the withdraw button (in fact I’m sure it wasn’t there to begin with I went back a week later to find it)

• Without a doubt the worst bingo site Ive ever played on. If I could give this site minus zero stars I would.Trying to withdraw funds is like trying to get blood out of a stone. The customer service is so poor that once I got my winnings after being constantly lied to by several CSAs I closed my account immediately. Avoid at all costs!!

• Ive played on this site for many years used to be great with regular free spins within games and reasonable wins which were always paid out quickly however over the last 2yrs it has really gone downhill next to no free spins triggered within games nevermind a win quite a few games gone and replaced with games that are even harder to get a win from. • Joined only 3 weeks ago. Didnt initially get my bonus but quickly rectified when contacted. Then had £90 bo us and £30 real money. A lot of money! For bingo!! Played few games at a time a few days apart as per gambling charity awareness. Didnt log in for 5 days and £90 bonus taken away!! Contacted and apparently recently changed terms and conditions if not signed in for 5 days bonuses removed. Hardly an incentive for the folk having addiction issues!! Every member Contacted however I have received one and only welcome email on Feb 1st and nowt else. So no email not aware of conditions but penalised anyway. BE AWARE of this site. • I play on various sites and play the same game (big bass bonanza) I can clearly say that Costa bingos version is drier than ghandis flip flop over 1400 spins on 50p to get 2 bonuses that both paid under £15 quid each hardly any wins and more dead spins than iv ever known. I definitely would avoid this site its pay to win ratio is too underated id say after playing the same game for the past month that its pay ratio is about 18% not the 96.7% it states. • I cannot complain as won out of this site but if playing the slots BEWARE the bet max is very close to the spin should you leave your curser over it it will spin.The other thing I noted on the slots is your balance will go up or down before the reels stop .Also I get emails saying spin £150 on slots and receive 300 shop coins on them the winnings are capped at £1 so £150 and get a pound back. Its a good site if you know EXACTLY what you are doing.
