• I have thoroughly enjoyed the communication between Sophie and myself. I am a first time writer doing this and she makes it easy. This short synopsis clearly cannot communicate just how grateful I am. I am so disappointed and disillusioned…

• I am so disappointed and disillusioned with my experience. They have ghosted me so many times throughout the process only to provide me a draft of my document that is riddled with basic errors which then further extended the time to correct. It is almost as if they have several team members running a spell check on different parts of my document and no one is communicating with each other on what is done. I am beyond upset because its affecting my business reputation. I wanted nothing more than to go through this process seamlessly as promised so I could be here writing a spectacular review. Now I may need a whole new publisher and I feel like an idiot.

• My name is DEREK GUYTON October 31 2022 Halloween. I gave them $1000 to do an audiobook. It took them over a year and they still didn’t do it now was May 2024. and they are ignoring my phone calls text an emails. I went through three project managers to get my book published. I had to move onto Another Publisher. Don’t give them any money you expect to get back the contract that sign for the audiobook states if I’m not satisfied I get my money back at the minimum 50% I suggest they gonna do any work with you give them part of the money upfront and the other part when they Finish. Just don’t do business with them it’s now been Two years and seven monthsExcel has contact me to finally give me my refund but I was told initially it was gonna take a couple weeks. I just don’t understand how companies can take your money in one day and take days or even weeks to give you the refund.

• Very disappointing. Whatever they promised me did nothing. I could not get my own copy either. No audio book as promised. No press release. No brochure. Took such a long time to even publish it. Very disrespectful....They keep saying they will do it and it is over a year and still they told me the same. I gave up on them. Such an unprofessional agency.....
