Overall support

• The biggest thing I like is the customer support. Nathan in particular seems to be the one who consistantly responds to my questions and issues quickly. He is the best. Also the system itself is so broad. With your help I created a Nascar league that almost totally copies the spreadsheet league we had for years. I wish the other team owners agreed but to me it was seamless and the work involved for me as a commish was minimal. The team owners had to get their driver picks in on time themselves. Maybe why they did not like it. LOL Anyway the next move for us will be to convert to a Dynasty league next season. Popup ad BS

• They have turned my fantasy season into a nightmare. Out of the blue over the past 2 days they have started putting popup ads every minute or so that freeze the screen until you are able to click the X to get out of it. It is pure and simple blackmail to force you to pay for their no ads feature.Want to change your lineup or claim a player off waivers? It is no longer a click and go process now you must wait for and then X out of a popup ad EVERY step of the way. This makes managing 10+ leagues as I do take forever.I will never again play on Fantrax after this season!

Best fantasy site

• Ive dealt primarily with ESPN and Yahoo fantasy leagues. I started using Fantrax a couple of years ago for our keeper/dynasty league and it is hands down the best one out there.Incredible customer/league support. The vast amount of league settings options allowed us to set up our league exactly how we wanted. The Fantrax support team answered question after question for us and even went as far as to actually adjust the settings then asked us to verify they were what we wanted. With the additional options that Premium offers it is well worth the cost. Plus they put out solid analytical content and rankings on a regular basis!

Fantrax Saved The 2023 Season

• Fantrax is an exciting fantasy sports site. I use it for football and there are stats you probably didn’t even know existed on this site. There probably are hundreds of scoring categories for all league types. We used the draft through them and it ran pretty well. Remote owners can participate and timers and options galore. Customer service rocks. They’ve been replying back and forth (especially a Nathan and Brandon) helping with scoring categories and checked boxes that should not have been so you’ll have good time bringing your league to Fantrax. Joke-y Jordon bringing Fantasy sports into the next generation for sure. Sign up you won’t regret it

Why my league went with Fantrax

• After 10 years with another service it was time for a change. The other service could not readily make certain categories (Blocks and Hits) visible on each teams main page and required a special report to obtain such data. Fantrax has made viewing categories rules and FA pickups very user friendly. I wish I would have known about them sooner.

Fantasy league GOAT

• Fantrax has given me the best fantasy league experience I could ask for! The ability to change rules or settings on the fly has kept our league honest and fair as well as allow for better scoring and closer matchups between teams. Why isnt every fantasy league switching to Fantrax?!

Fantrax Lacks Stats for Three Weeks

• Going on 3 weeks without NCAAF live scoring. Even if Fantrax uses a 3rd Party Stats provider that was recently hacked Fantrax should have had a backup. Better yet Fantrax should get their employees to pick a team and hand jam all respective stats.Other than the live score issue Fantrax is a multi sport dynasty. Interface can be tricky at times but doesnt take too long to grasp.

Best fantasy sports app out there

• Best fantasy sports app out there. Used espn and yahoo for our hockey league and it’s no contest. The things available as commissioner are second to none and when using the premium version of the league it’s even better. We were able to fully customize our league with ease. Interface is easy and nobody has any trouble setting lineups or making moves. 5stars fully recommend.

• Fantrax has been a great platform for our deep fantasy league I dont think other platforms are as complete. We did not think twice on paying the entry fee for the service received. Fantrax HQ is also a great tool I particularly enjoyed the fantasy kit and analysis from Victor Nuno and others.

• Unexceptable all day trying to get in to make lineup changes and missed deadline oh well I was in 2nd place we will see tomorrow maybe. Also dont even try customer support they are always too busy too help must be running bussiness out a basement somewhere. Bunch of bs!!!!!!

• No one does dynasty fantasy sports like Fantrax. 365 days a year salary cap plus year over year increasing cost options custom IL/Minor league spots custom categories. Nothing like it.

Absolutely awful experience trying to…

• Absolutely awful experience trying to withdraw my winnings. I requested $750 USD to be withdrawn and sent by cheque on June 2nd. It is now August 13th I still have not received any update just that it was processed on June 28th. I received one single response saying it should have been received by now. I have reached out 4 times via email since left countless voicemails and still nothing. Dont trust them with your leagues money this is an absolutely terrible app with awful UI. Give me my winnings. Now.

Great Customer Support!!!

• Nathan responded to my email very promptly regarding my league setup for our guillotine league. I was trying to drop players from the team who got chopped but could not drop top tier players.He point me to: League Setup > Transactions & Periods > Cant Drop List > Not Used and that solved my problem.Very prompt and helpful customer service!

Fantrax is the ONLY option

• Fantrax is the way to go for fantasy sports. We’ve customized our Premier League league to the old Yahoo system and are happy now. They do listen to their users for recommendations and feedback. At times there can be glitches but they do eventually get fixed. I wouldn’t use another platform for fantasy other than Fantrax. 5 stars.

• Cant say enough good things about fantrax. Been an NHL fantasy league commissioner for 6 years with fantrax and theyve been outstanding. Great customer service whenever we have trouble with settings or stats.

Ive been the commissioner of a Fantasy Baseball league for 10+ years who switched to Fantrax just a few years ago

• Ive been the commissioner of a Fantasy Baseball league with a very engaged group of mangers and we use an EXTREMELY complex set of rules for player ownership. For decades using the Yahoo etc we had so many issues with tracking players eligibility using shared spreadsheets because none of the online tools could adopt to our rules. We wasted a ton of time trying to track this and then even more time arguing about it. Fantrax has been a lifesaver. Make the fantasy league experience so much more convenient and the issues that used to dominate the league are 100% taken care of. Add in the fact that the customer service from Fantrax is AWESOME and we are kicking ourselves for not having switched earlier.

• I’ve been trying to find a site that allows me to customize a Playoff Pool similar time one I’ve been in for the last 7 years that was only done through email with handwritten teams and manual scoring. I sent an email looking for some help on setting this up and Brandon went above and beyond in answering all my questions and giving me a hand with the process. It looks like I’m finally going to be able to move this pool into the 21st century!!

Fantrax help with my custom NASCAR league

• The last two years Ive used Fantrax for my custom scoring fantasy NASCAR pool. The support group at Fantrax has helped with everything that has come up from a minor issue to even more serious issues they have solved everything very quickly.

• The app is fantastic! Full of features and the download of data is particularly great for those who like to analyze the data in another app.The menu options are sometimes hard to find as there are so many and can be buried in different places. It could be more intuitive that way.
