Discrimination

• Discrimination! This place is bad. Please take this review seriously because if you don’t I promise you will regret it I guarantee it. I have spent a lot and I mean A LOT of money playing here and got accepted into the “VIP” but still this place absolutely refuses to recognize how valuable their best customers are. I’ve asked several times and this after easily spending $1000 playing for done free SC and as usual they tell me no after days of no answers. Reason? They won’t give me one. The one time they have it was $2 lol. They’re games glitch out of nowhere by glitch I mean “ refresh” and when this happens you will lose it all. Soon after spin nothing this is no joke and there are plenty of reviews in various places claiming the same thing. Play somewhere else I promise there are a lot better places than this horrible people hating discriminating place!!

• Wasnt expecting this casino to be so great?But it has been wonderful other than having a wait over a week and a 1/2 for my first withdraw .But im giving it a try again and hopefully my withdraw will go through quicker since im verified. • RTP seems a bit higher than other sweeps casinos ( just my individual experience) They do payout but it takes a long time to receive the withdrawal. In my experience its about a week from redemption to it being in my bank. You will jump through hoops of fire the first attempt to redeem. Dont be discouraged you will get your money if all documents are correct. I wish they had a redeem to paypal option due to it being super fast. I won $7500 on Betrivers and it was in my paypal account in 11 minutes.

• The good news is they do pay their customer service respond to emails in a timely manner and their game selection is decent.My only complaints with this site is firstly their KYC verification is stricter than other sites Ive dealt with. Be prepared to send in more documents than the usual. Secondly their redemption limit is pretty low so I had to request multiple transactions and it ended up taking a little over a week to get all of my winnings. Not to mention their table game limits are very low as well. Other than that its not a bad social casino.
