Hire telephone customer service staff…

• Hire telephone customer service staff to answer customer concerns. Since the pandemic TVG and now FanDuel which owns TVG has decided to not provide customer service by telephone. They dont appear to have staff to tend to customer concerns. Maybe they are cutting back on staff or want the TVG platform to fold.Instead they have you send an email to what they call support center.I did that for three consecutive days in an attempt to withdraw winnings but never received an email or any other response. I asked for a call back; still waiting. As many have indicated here they delayed in releasing my winnings; never helping me to secure them more quickly despite my emails requesting help. Their approach appears to be to tie up your winnings and thereby force you to spend them on more wagering sort of the opposite of their statement about wagering responsibly. The longer they delay sending your winnings the more likely you are going to use your winnings on more wagering on their platform pumping the monies back into TVG/FanDuel. The newest version of TVG via FanDuel appears to have become a shell of its former self. Am wondering if management does any monitoring of the quality of customer service. Though wanting to support and see TVG continue am inclined to use other platforms until FanDuel can decide what its intentions are with TVG and its wagering platform. At the very least they need to respond to customer emails or better yet with a phone call to quickly resolve the issues at hand.

• I tried to withdraw my balance and they made it so hard to get somewhere I finally had to quit. I dont know what to do . It was so simple to withdraw from TVG.DO NOT bet with these people.You do not chat with a human they just repeatedly tell you to go to sites that dont apply to your problem.

Dont bet with TVG

• TVG refused to pay my winning bet claiming that after they accepted and confirmed my bet there was a problem with the host and the just refunded my bet one hour after the race was run and declared official. Do not bet with TVG or do so at your own peril

• In my opinion tvg is one of the best betting sites to bet on Horse Racing never had a problem. I will recommend it to anybody who wants to bet Horse Racing online. I’ve been a customer for years not one problem.

• TVGs new format is beyond horrible...you have this white background with numbers jumping all over the place it looks like a darn spreadsheet...like what is wrong with you people? Theres no color to offset anything just this splurge whiteness with numbers all over the place like why?????

Cant log into my account on TVG app…

• Cant log into my account on TVG app (android). Useless app to use when I need to so why even bother anymore? Ill use my DRF app exclusively....at least I can log into that account!

Used to be good; Now poor!

• Experiencd many issues trying to sign on to my account. Email and chat support trying to reset were worthless. Spent about 1.5 hours troubleshooting. Also my balance was reported as zero in one place and $1.50 in another. No longer can you view live streaming of races at website. No phone tech support. They use Covid as an excuse. I strongly recommend XpressBet instead. They have really improved in recent years and now have a very comprehensive and user friendly website.

It’s fun and a great app to use but a scam

• It’s fun and a great app to use but it’s impossible to get your money out. I’ve tried 5-6 times and the first day the app says the money has been transferred to your checking account and 2 days later the money is back on the app !

Derby Day Debacle

• It was devastating during the derby that I could not place bets on certain races because the app kept failing. The biggest horse racing day of the year and I cannot place a bet. Plus I did not feel that the apology was enough. If you spent X amount that day and clearly have demonstrated you were continuing to bet there should have been a $ amount in your account that cannot be withdrawn it must be bet on horses. Instead it was the money back special which was the same on derby day but not all races were able to bet on because of the failure.

Fanduel ruins horse racing on tv

• Every time someone complains about fanduel fa duel responds with a statement of how great they are. They aren’t great. First TVG takes over hgtv and installs their talentless talking heads that talk more about where they’re going drinking or eating instead of anything meaningful. Then fanduel makes it worse by not showing positions during the race. Instead they show all this garbage about other sports I could care less about. I’ll start watching TwinSpires online.

• love everything they have to offer from watching at home to all the info you need to make an accurate bet . Even if not a gambling person and just love to watch the races for enjoyment you can still pick a horse use their information that is provided and see how you would do. highly recommend it .

I made several wagers on the 2014…

• I made several wagers on the 2014 Kentucky derby. I hit the exacta trifecta superfecta and exact 5. I calculated that I won over 200k. I was excited to check into my total on my TVG account and nothing registered. I called and they said that I didn’t make the bets which is absolutely incorrect. I know for sure I made the bets. Has anyone ever had any issues with TVG not paying out a big payoff.

They suddenly tried to use an old bank…

• They suddenly tried to use an old bank account number. It has been closed for 15 years. They lost all my updated account information. Phone number and address were all from many years ago. They accused me of trying to pull something over on them. I did not touch my account information or change anything. This is concerning! What happened to all my information? Were they maybe hacked??? I am using a different betting platform and would suggest people stay away from TVG/Fanduel.

• I’ve been betting with tvg for years and I’ve lost plenty during periods of time. Never complained or ever heard from tvg. Three days ago I finally hit big now there’s a problem with my gambling habits and now under investigation or review. Won 5200 withdrew 4500 and now they have a concern. Please. I’m waiting on their review as I was told it would be settled by Thursday let’s see how they handle this.

• Tvg maybe want to educate and ask their presenters to do their homework before they start pulling British jockey styles to bits the race in question was the 5.05pm at Wolverhampton today it was in fact an amateurs race these people arent professionals they do it for fun some maybe not as stylish as mmmmm those north American jockeys but Id say they were far more stylish than the arm chair presenter how bloody rude! The lack of knowledge as a presenter is baffling!
