I filled out everything and they even sent a customer ID number.As I was ready to get my Lottery Tickets it said we have to verify Your State...my phones location services were ON. No vpn no hide my ip on my settings and it was turning like it was going to check my locale but nothing ever happened!I waited for over 5 minutes.Next I went ot my laptop.First I googled the websiteWhen I went to hit the link as it was the first result and the link wouldnt go anywhere! Seriously?Then I just went to the site by entering the url into my browser and hit my profile to sign in since Im already signed up.I enter my email address then go to enter my password and it saysWe cannot process your request at this time please try again in a few minutes. Seriously?Forget it.
