• I used to play a lot on this site. 2 days ago the site had a glitch it allowed me register to the SnG tourney but didnt let me take a seat. I tried twice more with no avail. Support bluntly refused to refund the registration fees even there is proof in the log that my account never got connected to the table

• I only mess with ignition. This is the only online casino that I know I even win loser draw I love this place. I’m gonna win. I’m gonna win big and if I if I lose I know next time I’m most likely gonna win like they are the only ones I don’t have to go through all that b/s to get paid out. This ignition is the only online casino you should mess with and trust. On my mama. and it’s been a good I want to say four months no problems always get paid within 20-30 minutes. Everytime I go on here I only win on the weekends after 1 am every other day good luck… tonight I played and bet the most I’ve ever bet every single time I decided to do that the game would glitch out and freeze leaving me no option to hit or stand and also would leave me having no idea what cards I was even dealt as well as what the dealer had. Then it would pop up reload game and all of a sudden it’s a new hand and all my money I bet was gone. No one to answer me besides a chat room or email which I doubt I’ll hear back from. I won $25000 playing slots

• I won $25000 playing slots. When withdrawing the money I was told I selected LTC to be sent to my BTC wallets. The funds never arrived to my BTC wallets. Their withdrawal system does not distinguish one crypto type from another. However their deposit system does distinguish and prevents the wrong crypto from being deposited. Three months later the funds are lost forever. I received no help from Ignition. Apparently this happens often and they see no part in being responsible.

Then I received a message that said my account have been disabled contact customer service so I did so they tell me my account is under investigation but they dont know why. • The blackjack games are clearly scams and they have fake players. Bots that they install into the games to throw the cards off so that you lose and dealer wins. The crash games like space x is probably the worst one of them all. Everytime im going up on the game it starts its process of giving and error and saying to report it to customer care and i did and have and they tell me the same old b.s. that its on my end. It just so happens the error is only when i bet higher amounts and right when i cash out and how can it be an error on my end its says you had the error yet it doesnt return my money. Plus the live dealer is the biggest scam on roulette. Fix the system

• I was referred by a friend used the link created an account claimed welcome promo made deposit and never received my 400%. Contacted customer service Jose. I explained and he checked my acct. He said I had chosen to put my 400% bonus into poker. I told Jose I didnt choose anything. I wasnt even given the option of a choice of where to use my bonus. Suspect Nigerian NGA site

• I found Ignition Casino from some website claiming it to be #1 of a list of 10. However Ignition Casino Sucks. Constantly having to log in over and over until you get lucky. And regularly kicking you off. Not enough table choices for Holdem Poker. The most suspect part is every time I deposited I get a different Entity that my card is being charged to; one of the Entities that charged my card was some type of cosmetic company(per my bank). Im beginning to think they have partnered with a group of their select people/players who are specially linked in to their system and are the ones that win most of the time. Or most likely Bots. UPDATE May 1 2024. So Ive got 3 emails from Ignition to remove the several Entities( (I had listed in this review) that my credit card/s was charged to although they claim transparency is important. So I will remove them because I dont trust them. There were at least 4 different Entities that charged my card that have nothing to do with a Casino including a Solar company a Wine and Spirits company a Cosmetic company and another or two. And they are all out of Nigeria (NGA as it states on the card charge). And they lock the bonus. More play time unlocks the bonus however Im not clear but as much as ive played it seems like they unlock about a one dollar for every hour you play which is just an estimate. I can just say for as much as I had played there was just a trickle of bonus unlocked.

I sent two deposits

After contacting coinbase and they looked into they tell me it was sent to ignition but in some wallet of some sort (not real sure what she meant). After chatting with someone in their website per request via email the got nowhere and seemed like she just did not give a crap about the money I attempted the deposit. Infact the most disappointing thing while typing she closed the chat window.....highly recommend another URL for online casino....this place is an absolute joke. Better than the alternatives

• I thought it was bad until I moved over to their competition. At which point I realized its really not so awful. I hit $1000 on a $1 bet as well as $1000 on a $4 bet. Though it is highly likely you will experience periods where it feels like you might as well burn your money. Theres a real possibility to come out on top here and withdrawals are quicker than they state. You can withdraw $500 and have it within 30 minutes maybe an hour.

• I have fun playing. I get occasional free chips. Sometimes I win sometimes I lose. I really only play slots. However their customer service could be better. They don’t go above and beyond to help and it’s probably outsourced to another country.
